I wouldn’t have thought about colouring the flowers in those shades but it is very effective and makes the butterfly stand out. Beautiful . Is the block you use with the knife at the end a pastel and if so does it smudge?
Yes soft pastel... I put a piece of paper in between pages to keep the next page clean... you can also use a fixative

Simply stunning! Do you add a fixitive before you do the background? My other question, is that an eraser you were using at the very end?
Yes tombow pencil eraser, I don’t use a fixative 😊
I love how you did the flowers and leaves in gray tones to really make the butterfly pop! Is that marker you used a paint pen?

Absolutely stunning! One of the best coloring I've seen in a long time! At the very end, what was that you were using? Was the black pen, I kept looking, and wondering what the hell is she using! Lol. You kept wiping the tip off. Didn't stop long enough to were I could see what it was. Lol. But I love all the colors you used. Grey's in the leafs, all that area. Just awesome! Great job! ❤❤❤
