8. Can the investors cash out before the scheduled time
At this point we don’t believe there is a way for an early cash out period for our particular project but that is something we will continue to monitor.
9. Will every TLF development have a farm connected to it?
We would love for every development to have a farm attached in some capacity even if it’s just a community garden. We feel community and farm are good for mental health.
10. Why not use institutional money to build the developments?
The entire reason behind TLF is community and mental heath and there is one thing banks bring to the table to help with that. Banks were part of the problem in the “08” crash because of greed but it’s the everyday family that it affects and their mental health. We here at TLF will always side with the people and community over corporate.
