It just clicked in my head that dango milk is Teyvats version of bubble tea.
Ei described it weirdly as "viscious" which makes me think the dango is dissolved into the milk itself like a thin drinkinable yogurt

In Korea, butterfly peas are classified as inedible, but I don't know why, but if I were to replace them, it would be nice to use something like blue mellow!

this is honestly really similar to this dessert my mom makes. I don’t know what its called in english exactly but it contains those rice balls and it has sweetened coconut milk.

It‘s nice, but the Dangos doesn‘t thicken the milk in any way like Ei described. It is similar to porrige, so I think the translation was wrong. In german it said only Mochi or dumblings which means Mochi. You can say the milk called „dumbling milk“ in german „Klößchenmilch“. She doesn‘t said there are Dangos in it, the describtion said „A creative snack made by adding sticky dango to milk. It is sweet and has a dense mouthfeel. All the customers who tried it love it.“ And the customer said he only added the mochi to the milk and nothing more. I want to try an recipe myself but later with warm milk and fresh mochi without filling. I wish mihoyo would sell the recipes, it would be so cool.
