I absolutely adored this novel but yeah my biggest problem with it was that nobody suspected noelle nobody went to ask her anything and the biggest thing of all was why tf did Loyd never ever check the basement if he was so sus about it something’s didn’t make sense but didn’t deprive my enjoyment for this beautiful and tragic tale

i just finished the book it has a couple of things you need put things together. Although the author spoon fed so many things. I suppose Noelle was getting books from Red Cross which sound like Goodwill in America so she had book that Ellie was given by Noelle she returned that book red cross/ book given to library
