I've had my ZT 0350 now for ~18mo. In that time, its spent exactly 0 days not clipped to my front pocket. Through several sharpenings and much, much hard (ab)use, its only required tightening of screws twice. Now, knife guys will laugh at me (gun guy here), but this is my first decent knife after ~25yrs of carrying Kershaw (same parent company as ZT, yes?), et al. The 350 is far superior to anything I've had before. In fact, I love this knife so dearly, I bought a spare. You know, "just in case".
Awesome video! Have my 0350 for about 8 years now and no issues whatsoever. Been eyeing to get the new 0350 in magnacut. On ZT's website I believe you can request new body screws for your knife, I have requested and received two new pocket clips and screws for my 0350 over the years. Thanks for sharing!
Excellent review ! Such a shame ZT discontinued the combo edge, I feel a combo edge is the best. Thinking of picking one of these up. This is "the face of Zero Tolerance knives" to me, a constant wheneverI see ZT's for sale. Like the Buck 110 folder.
I've come to the conclusion that this is the ULTIMATE folding knife. It almost has the power of an axe. I cycle my knives and this one just keeps having to be number one especially when your life depends on it. It would be a dream if it came in s35vn or 20cv. Cheers from Southern California!!
I have a 0350bw and its been my every day carry for around 7 years now. I paid about $140 U.S. for it and the only thing I've done besides sharpen it, is put a custom pocket clip on it.
Nice to see a review on someone who actually uses there high end knifes. Might have to check this out got ton of Kershaws but might consider ZT 350 now
Love this knife. My only gripe is that the open assist feature is really tight. I hope in time, with use that it will loosen up. Does anyone know if you can relax this open assist, just a little? If so, please let me know. Enjoyed your video. It's great to see this knife being used, like it's supposed to be used. Well....sort of. LOL
@@JimmyMeatwhistle no problem sir. Like I said im not comfortable carrying it anymore and it just sits around, do you have a P.O. Box? I see that you'll be able to appreciate it more than I will and ill just send it to you. No strings attached free of charge. Ill pay for the shipping myself.
I'm considering one. Just not sure If I'll be going with the TS ver of the black coated blade version. $292.99 CAD (May 2023). Prefer knives with beefy side blades. I figure why rely on a knife designed for "light use" (e.g. Benchmade Bugout) in case there is some "heeavy duty use". S30V....for most people the steel is more than "good enough". Most of us have not apprenticed with a master blade sharpener so spending double to get the 308 with 20cv seems to me like overkill....essentially the same knife in dimensions....and has a "bolt piviot screw"..half inch"--gimic. If you already have a 1/2" wrench then fine :) Spend $600 CAD :)) for a knife you might not use al month...no I would never use a pocket knife to open an MAZON BOX OR BREAK ONE DOWN FOR RECYCLEING--WASTE imho. THE zt350 VS 357....SAME PRICE. 3576 IS MORE BEEFY..THICKER LINER...DOES THAT MATTER? sHRUG. And a "stronger spring" for the assit...
I love S30V. Something that will hold an edge when quartering elk, or other big game without having to sharpen it half way through the job is VERY important. its all about getting the meat cooled off as quickly as possible and I don't want to screw around sharpening a knife in the field, or having to bring multiple knives with me🍻 👍
You may have used and abused your knife and it’s your knife and you can do as you please but the fact remains that it is a knife made for cutting NOT as a screwdriver hammer pry bar etc. while you claim your knife has stood up to such abuse this Is where the majority run in to problems using a cutting tool as a multi tool. Use a knife for its purpose design CUTTING not for abuse and review that
Are you for real? Spend four years on a ship and you will realize what a workhorse this knife is. There are many times you don't have tools on you, so your knife is used for must do, right now, small jobs.
@@michaelmostardi1327 then maybe your money would have been better spent on a multi tool instead of a 150.00 dollar KNIFE used for a screw driver / hammer and yes I’m for real

Crazy you can throw this without the liner failing too

I have one of these. I feel like the opening speed slowed down after i cleaned it with gun oil
Has the lock ever failed on you?
I own the non serrated version and I've had several lock failures and won't carry mine anymore.
Hi and thanks for the comment and info. This one has been a beast, I've had no issues with it.

It's been an amazing night. I might change it it up soon though just for fun
Does anybody know where to get one for about $120? I just can't pay the asking price with the known lock break issue never being addressed.
We forgot to say ... 0 spiders were not killed or harmed in this Zero Tolerance Production .
Hehe, yes I should put that somewhere in fine print
I always wanted this but being an Assisted Opener, they are illegal in Aus
I guess they end up stabbing more with an assisted opening knife? LOL
the assist can be removed and the knife can be used without it.
Where in Canada did you buy it?
I just bought one from wanstals. But check out blades canada or integrityknives
How much does is the price of this Nife
Around $250 ca
