I live in Florida, in a (much smaller of course) city that basically looks like this. In fact most small/midsize cities look like what is in this video. We have panhandlers and working girls here too, which is why I always roll my eyes when people blame other political sides for it. This is all over any decent size city in ANY state.
While it may not matter what political party a state Governor belongs to, it is a fact that the vast majority of cities (urban areas) with these types of issues of rampant homelessness, violent crime, rampant drug abuse, and drug-addicted prostitutes walking the streets in the daytime etc, usually occur in Democrat-run cities (Democrat mayors, and Democrat-dominated city councils etc). So, while your state of Florida has a Republican governor, your city I'm willing to bet is Democrat-run. Am I wrong?
Btw, I'm politically independent (not Republican and not a Democrat)...but just stating the facts
