- After a wild summer full of trades, workouts and a supermax extension, we're officially back and ready to get the 2023-2024 season underway.
Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown worked out together in Los Angeles with Paul Pierce in attendance, Kristaps Porzingis and Jrue Holiday became Celtics and Jordan Walsh took us through the rookie experience from Draft Night all the way through training camp.

Jordan Walsh has a lot of potential. One thing I love about the Celtics is their ability to scout. They draft guys that fit the system and have consistanly done it for a while now. Not the flashiest names but great system guys!
You must be another ignorant one. Nesmith, Langford, Waters, Edwards, etc... all were a waste and one's like Grant Williams all went to waste. Walsh barley played in the preseason! He will go to waste in the G league
@turzyn40 did I say they've been perfect anywhere in my statement? Your going to have to go through players to find what will fit in your system. You don't get a Pritchard without seeing what an Edward's and Waters could do. And you don't get a Walsh without going through the Langford and Neishmith test ( guaranteed Walsh with be better than both, if he isn't already🤷🏾♂️). And what're you taking any with Grant? ANYONE WHO CAN POTENTIALLY GUARD GIANNIS DURING PIVOTAL MOMENTS IN A GAME WILL ALWAYS HAVE A PLACE IN THE NBA. Don't let that go over your head. And we don't even need to mention Rob Williams. Like I said, they go for system guys. Not big names
@@turzyn40 Nesmith is an NBA starter with the Pacers bro, he is a good player. Langford got waived but he still had enough value with him and JRich to get us DWhite. Not complete wastes!
@@turzyn40 But honestly all 4 bar maybe Tremont had a decent chance to be a rotational player but they didn’t make it because the squad is solid and deep so it’s not easy. Just cos things didn’t work out, it doesn’t mean they were necessarily bad picks

I also wouldnt say Grant went to waste, he was key in some of the playoff runs, obviously we just werent going to be paying him the amount of money he wanted.
Sam Cassell was a great add to the staff. Hes known for holding guys accountable

As a 46 year old born and raised native of Boston ( Dorchester, Geneva Ave and Mattapan, Morton St stand up ! ) now in Texas, Jaylen Brown is great for the Celtics.
Not only on the court, but especially off the vourt and in the community.
We are LUCKY to have Brown and Tatum.
Mature. Intelligent and grounded for their ages.
