Khicha means any flour gets mixed up with soda,salt,green chillies and some jeeta and keeps on stove for steam and make one dough or we can call as heavy thick paste..
After that we roll out papad from it and make it dry under sunlight.
Basically that mixture in gujrat called as khicha/ khichu which they prefer to eat with oil and some additional onions and sev.
And khichiya means a papad made from khicha.
Salty & jeera wala..mainly they use weatflour or rice flour
yaar kis kis is lockdown mein panipuri behlpuri samosa pizza khane ka maan karta hai plz batou aur haa ye bhi aap kaha se mein surat se ho
