He had the guy hold cup because the loop was stretched back, he has talented hands.

the cup has a cut and he needed the man to hold the top so that when the he flick the coin the cup will not move, the coin disappearance, if u try to watch over and over u will see that his middle finger is looks really weird cause its like a fake finger layer just to cover the real one.
