1. There's no chemistry among them.. none of them understand each other.. many times Mesut try to create chances and there's no one understand and Mesut frustrated.. many times Laca at free space asking for ball, but our youngsters loves to shoot wide for being selfish.. example of good chemistry is (Alex Song & Robin van Persie)
2. Changing culture because of changing 4 managers with different tactics & philosophy.. needs time to adapt.. low confidence.. low motivation
3. Our midfield is "dead" and "useless".. there's NO LINK between defensive area with our strikers.. the ball was always passing sideways & backwards for almost 90 minutes with Laca & Auba rarely gets the ball.. players doesn't know where to pass.. far from each other.. passing very slow.. and not aggressive enough
4. Only depending on Auba & Laca to score.. so, our opponents already marking them 24 hours.. all players should be training how to shoot.. all players should have a capabilities & desire to scoring a goal whenever they have a chance.. so, when we have that kind of image, our opponents already alert that Arsenal team, all the players can scoring goals.. so the game will open.. not only focusing on marking Auba & Laca

Winning the FA cup and Europa League would be a GREAT season not a good season. This season is about getting the team ready for next season and getting a run of games going where we start to find the best team. Europa League and FA cup should be a focus but they will be difficult to win.

The Winter Break is very much needed but it's timing is stupid.
What always injures players is the silly repetition of games during the Xmas time, with like 3 games in 9 days.
Solution: keep the Boxing Day games, but let it be the ONLY game within that week & remove the start of January games so the players can rest straight after Boxing Day.
With the rotation you always have for the FA Cup 3rd rounds, the core team would get enough rest at that time?
