- Ember Lab just posted a new anniversary update to Kena: Bridge of Spirits (2.0) that adds a ton of new features like new outfits, a new trials mode, new game+ AND new equip able items called Charmstones.
Here are all the new spirit trials complete with all objectives!

I'm just glad that health resets after clearing a wave, or else, not using health flowers would be next to impossible because of lacking health regen mechanics.
Yeah, it's at least nice, though there are at least a few charms that give you ways to restore health, like one that restores hp on parries or when you collect courage orbs.
There is a shortcut on the Ravine Pathway trial! At the very beginning of the slide trail after the windmill, on the left is a lever. Have your rot pull the lever at it will trigger a door opening on the left side after the slide. It skips straight threw and let's you skip that horrible climbing wall section.
43:25 This section of the ravine was the most frustrating for me and it took me 7 mins to complete the level because I kept getting knocked on to the acid. After a couple of passes, I decided to ignore all the wisps and feathers and just aim to get under 2:30 and I have finally won, even if I didn't get all objectives in one pass, but the game still accepted that. I'm never going to do that again.
Yeahhhh, that ravine is f*in *naaaasty*. Found it even harder the second time around after starting another new game! 😩
Yeah, it took me 10 minutes to get them all, meanwhile I'm on the opposite problem where I haven't gotten the 2:30 time yet. Still need some more practice on it, but Idk how long it's gonna take me xD haven't even reached that final acid pit in my attempted quick-runs xD
@@wilksy2008 you don't have to if it's new game+. I completed this on medium, and went Master on NG+ and it's considered completed.
Boss and wave fights would definitely be harder and I don't think I'd be able to make the time in most of the challenges in the much harder difficulty.
2:30 i hate it too. It ok if it have only take no damage but it have only 3 min. sad
I'm surprised you don't do a lot of jumping archery, because I use it a lot to abuse the unlimited slow motion mechanic because I can't aim for sht as I'm left handed.
However, overreliance on that mechanic lead me into some trouble on where there's a moving platform. There were two in particular. One was where I had to take on 5 suicide minions on a moving platform. If one got through, the knockback would be enough to push me off platform and have to restart in the middle (thus, unable to beat the time). If I jump, I would fall off platform and die, and start at the middle and lose time.
The other one was the archery challenge where you use Rot arrows and bombs where the platform is moving and you could fall off your platform and fail because you can't do anything while you're in the water.

Thank you for the guides! It's admittedly funny seeing you do all the challenges in the same run, since for most of them I've had to collect the objectives over multiple attempts. I'm just glad none of the rewards are locked behind "Perfect Clears" of each stage xD

Yeah that one speed obstacle one took me ages until i rralized to start using the shield dash, and man that final fight against the mask makers is no joke. Fighting 1 on 1 is manageable but having 2 on 1 is crazy!
@@UnbrokenOdds Played it on Hard mode, was Pretty easy. You have to Focus on the Warrior and Knock out the Hunter. When the Warrior is low on Health, its time to Slap the Hunter. Kill both as fast as Possible, to fight 1 on 1 against the Mask Maker.
Yeah i agree. The first two became pretty easy to beat, it was just enjoying relearning the last ones moves again since you couldn't easily practise on him like the other 2 lol
Hi! Thanks for the videos! For the mask maker, how do you know which is the real one when you are imprisoned ?
After rewatching the video, the way you tell the real one is by the glowing crystal on the forehead of his mask, as well as the string of four crystals hanging over his chest. The other imitations have dulled out crystals

Do u know whether the game difficulty affects the trail difficulty? The very last one with warrior and hunter is pain on spirit guide difficulty 😭😭
I believe it does. They still act the same way mostly however the amount of damage you take is reduced

In the plateau reserve why don't your arrows go down? They stay at 6
If you’re talking about the one where you have to shoot all the targets, the arrows stay at 6 so it’s possible to get all of them, there’s so many if you had to wait for your arrows to refill it would be impossible to complete the challenges

Yup working on it! I'm working my way through NG+ to get them all as well as the other 5 charms exclusive to NG+! Hoping to have it done soon.
What difficulty is this played on? I think my rot recharges far slower and the hits seem to land harder than in this playthrough?
Tbh i can't remember, i usually play on the hardest difficulty but i cant remember which changes they brought in what updates. Sorry
Think I figured it out. It was close to the Spirit Guide difficulty. I was doing this on Expert and I found it far harder. I dropped down one tier and aced it on the first go. 👍🏻 I only mean the last master boss battle, the rest was doable on Expert.
Once again, I see, but it seems that for whatever reason in my game the delay is that little bit longer just enough to make it impossible.

is there a video with all of the rot hays that arent new game+ im stuck and cant seem to find all of them... i need 32 of the village and all other videos show 20... so confused i did all the trails to and still missing hats

There were some special event hats that im not sure if it still shows as well? After 100%ing new game + there are still 7 missing that are not unlocked, i believe these will be for new limited time events

What would be the best charm for first play thru?
There's a mix, but I think the Mended Strength or Battle cry charms are useful, depending on your needs. Mended strength for the Flower Healing alone + a chance to get in some extra damage is good, while battle cry is probably fitting for group fights where you'll be seeing a lot more courage orb drops. Most charms have their place though, but it's good to balance between those and your abilities. One playthrough doesn't give enough karma to unlock everything.
