Fasting is a sacrifice that we make purely for the love of God to attain nearness and His pleasure. Its an ibadat. Just as for Salat we cleanse our body and our minds of thoughts and try to spiritually connect to God with our heart, mind and soul, thus such should be our condition while with Fast. Because God is kind and loving He does not want to burden us rather whatever He has asked us to keep away from is for our own good. Thats why God almighty has permitted leave for the travelers on days journey, sick, feeding or pregnant mothers and women with menses, from Fasting. Although sick should pay fidya. But for those who are of the above and still keep fast, u must remember that we CanNot please God by going against His will and His favour upon us. When journey is complete and sick men/women are well then they may complete their fasts.
During Fast, rather than looking at others and worrying about what they are and aren't doing, its best to only worry about what u r doing or should be doing. Go about your daily routine of house chores, job, college or uni, sports etc but keeping in mind to offer Salat on time, recite Holy Quran as much as possible. Keep quiet and recite darood most of the time. Do not talk unnecessarily. Do not watch or listen to stuff that is with inappropriate content.
The month of Ramadan teachs us and is there to train us, how to be better Muslims by spending the rest of the year until next Ramadan😊😊😊
I'm grateful to my ancestors to accept Islam and grateful to God almighty for making me a Muslim, Alhumdolillah😍
