At 8:03 It's Perm, my wife home city! I also been to Russia 3 times twice in winter and one in summer : Perm is beautiful city , Kazan and Ekaterinburg too.
If you have noticed nomad Shubham also tried for lift in Perm couldn't get for 36 hours. It's cold city and during winter it's risky to ask lift cause many cases of casualties. That's why that lady in cafe was asking you what u doing here in winter .....
At 12:27 Truck driver was right your jacket is thin ...can't protect you from such cold ...I brought new woodland jacket which was not protecting me from -4 cold in Moscow but soon I realised after reaching Perm I need another jacket ....I wore my wife jacket of -50 and we visited Kazan but during Kazan visit I was roaming for several hours outside in snow and cause of wrong shoes became wet , got frost bite on toes! So stay well dressed in winter and in winter shoes too!
