Here's my thoughts, first of all Mr Ramart gave them a blank check. The man cashed it used it out of text. So here's Mr Ramart only choice. Their home is destroyed after getting a permit to build. So when he comes out considering that they have a check for proof. He needs to go back before the judge and file open charges for the gentleman using his check and non payment for it. He needs to sue and get the money for the check other words sue him for non payment of a loan from check. Get their money back and take his brand new home
