This movie spoke about my life when we got married 13 years ago. I was dishonoring my husband, until one day God told me "he is my son too and I love him too" I was gupsmacked😮 Since that day I decided to honour my husband and I've seen God's blessings upon my life and marriage.
Marriage is not for the faint hearted, you have to submit your will to the holy spirit to guide you. The hearts of kings is in God's hands, so is the hearts of our spouses. We need to daily commit their hearts to God. So that they can make decisions that will not expose our families to the devil.

I used to see things this way too until I left my glorified job to look after our son. I used to think I was better than hubby as I did practically all the funding of most things but the holy Spirit taught me the hard way to start praying and submitting to him even though he's not doing somethings right. For more than 2yrs now I have seen the hand of God over my home life and finances. God wants us to be their first cheerleader and give them all the support they need to run our home daily especially on our knees. I just love what God has done to my heart concerning my husband and how he's helping us fulfill destiny together instead of wanting to be the best over him. I had the exact revelation some years back while I was seeking to know the mind of God concerning hair covering. I heard God say to me clearly, "cover up your heads". It was like an express instruction to a group of people of which I'm part.
I struggled with the interpretation then as an unmarried lady, I thought it was a confirmation to veil my head. I later grew into the understanding after sometimes.
Now this movie came to reconfirm what I had received years ago. It's amazing how God travel into the future ahead of us and give us words that will set us on the right track.

The movie is okay o. Women have to always bear the brunt of everything. Just be careful whom you choose to be your head to avoid headaches.
My sister go back to Genesis 2. Even if you choose the correct head you still have to play your role well for him. Thats why you were created for him in the first place- to help him. Does a car engine complain of carrying plenty load- that's exactly what it was manufactured for. But we have allowed the devil to fill our heart with lies me inclusive at some point. The truth is that Eve was made because Adam needed help. To complain about that is sheer stupidity. You were made to help him and you've been equipped to do so-know this and know peace. If you don't want it, please don't marry. Except you want to play marriage outside of the rules of the one who created it. Finally, when you play your role well as a help, I tell you, your head keeps becoming a better version of himself thereby making your work easier which also results in improvement in your head. It becomes an endless cycle of growth and fulfillment. Trust me, I use to be just like this Miriam u til the Lord began to help me. Yes sometimes I still stumble but I get back up. Honestly my husband has really improved and keeps improving. Sk.etimes I'm even shocked at what God is doing with him. Your home is your garden. My dear, women doesn't have to always bear brunt. We christians seem to forget how great grace we receive from God through Jesus on daily basis. Our spouses are not saints neither are we, we are humans and that makes us fallible. When we beging to meditate and think upon how much God and Jesus has had to bear for us then there will be no short coming too big to forgive in marriage.

The truth is that most of these things are taken for granted by so many men. I understand Tony is trying but what about many men out there who don't care, who intentionally dump the responsibilities on their wives and always makes excuses for their actions. We need to start teaching our men what it means to love their wives.

It's time we start speaking to men about keeping the territory and protecting the woman. No one is perfect but no one should shoulder it all. Hi everyone am in my early 20s I want God to help me in chosing the right person
One big thing that strikes is the fact that the guardian/instructor is a contemporary and not necessarily someone separated by large age gap. A big lesson for believers to mind the circle we keep.
Thank you for actually explaining what head covering meant and NOT tying our head with scarfs all the time.
God help me and my husband to play our roles in line with your will, plan and purpose.
While watching this with my family, our son said "daddy,this was what you taught in church yesterday" and I just laughed.

Wow...this movie is full of so much humors😂😂😂😂. I think I'm not covering my head enough, I'll go shopping. Me: got worried on her behalf and then the interpretation of her dream came to me that the head referred to in her dream was her husband as she was always to quick to bring him down in her words. But I also learnt that when we have a dream it's not always as it is, sometimes we need to ask God for clarity, so as not to get it wrong. May God help us all in this journey of faith.

It also applies in our families , the Lord makes you a priest over your family , but most times we tend to forget our families and focus on other people outside whereas we have neglected our major role in our mother's, cousins etc's lives ..... Our families is like training ground that is how we build capacity for more more esp those still trusting God for marriage....
