I don't know about placing DS as the 2nd hardest Crazy.
PC and IP remain the easiest, BM and SR are about tied with DS in my opinion, but if I had to rank them, BM is slightly harder.
And of course, AVM is no competition.

i would say 3rd hardest but the 2nd hardest would be ssr rather than bm

There’s no way BM is harder. I would say BM is just a bit harder than IP but is under DS. You can actually save several seconds by doing many corner cuts in SSR and BM even in solo. But DS remains strict even with the help of other players through time gates. While AVM is, indeed, no competition.
SSR may be tied with BM however. But I would put it at 4th hardest

Whereas DS's pace feels overall similar at most, and it isn't as bad as you make it sound.
