I saw you post your channel on Facebook and came over to check it out. Great video from what looked like a pretty great day. Subscribed to follow your upcoming videos. Tight Lines!
So far we love it. It has gotten us wherever we need to go, and we feel a lot safer than we did on our older boat which was a walkaround Pro-Line. Ask me any questions you have about it as I will gladly answer any for you! Thanks for taking the time to stop by to watch and comment!
@@NickeeGee, thanks! Does it handle rough water pretty well? And how does it do in normal conditions around 1-3 feet? Can you maintain the cruising speed pretty comfortably? I'm in Saint Augustine and our run to the ledge here is 50-60 miles.
For a 25 foot boat it's got a very comfortable ride and feels very stable. We fish mainly on the gulf side and have been in 3-5 footers with super close intervals and although rough, have never felt unsafe. I know the Atlantic has a little different wave intervals but we can cruise 25MPH+ even in the worst conditions we've experienced
There's a couple things , I feel like the leaning post baitwell is kind of in a bad spot. The rodholders get in the way when trying to get baits off a sabiki into it, but if you use a cast net you probably won't have that problem. Only other thing is I wish they had in deck fish boxes. Those are just my personal opinions though, my fishing partner doesn't mind the fish box location.
Absolutely! I'm actually going to post that in my next Gamefish video but you will be the one to know before anyone else! We have Sirius XM radio hooked up to the Garmin, we got it for the weather radar but the music is a nice little bonus. Let me know if you have any more questions!!!!
@@NickeeGee not yet, just left there today, I'm coming back next week to pick up a boat I'm buying so I can start fishing there. My girlfriend lives two blocks from River Haven so I plan to do as much fishing there as I can
We had a mixture on different rods but they can easily be caught on 30lb braid. I have yet to break any off where we have been fishing. Use at least a 50lb leader tied with a FG knot and you'll be golden
Thank you all for watching! If you want to see more Red Snapper footage, check out this video- th-cam.com/video/Gj8USrJjhcE/w-d-xo.html

Haha thanks Darrell!!!

I appreciate that Fat Dad Fishing!!!!! Tight Lines to you also!!!
Awesome day of catching. What do you think of the Sea Hunt? Thinking that might be the right boat for me when I decide to upgrade.

What pound braid are you using?

What size spinning reel you use
I use both the Penn Spinfisher IV and the Penn Slammer 3.
