Gumball in Sonic CD: Title Screen - (JPN OST)

For my Understanding, This Mod only works on the 2011 Steam Version of Sonic CD, I don't think this will work on the Decompilation Mobile Version or the Sonic Origins Version of Sonic CD, Ask the creator about this question.
