Awesome video. What did you use at 6:50 it looks like a 360 camera but I really want to know how you mounted it. You have some great tips. Everything was on point. Keep up the great work.
Thanks so much! I used the Insta360 X4 and to mount it like that I put the invisible selfie stick into my backpack so it was like a makeshift backpack mount sorta thing 😂
@sloop24 I have a backpack from Peakdesign that has 3 stage dividers with space on the sides so I had the stick go all the way down the side of my bag from the inside and basically the internal compartments of my bag kept it steady. That and I closed the top lid so there was only a small gap to insert the stick.
@dreamsandrealms4581 that’s a good idea! I’m not sure with the tripod I used in the video if I can remove the ball head. But it’s definitely be a good idea if it’s possible
@@Markchristiankc Make sore screw is 3/8", to have more reliable attachment. Those 1/4" screws might not be able to handle all weight at camera end. Seen videos how these snap and camera stuff gets destroy.
@dreamsandrealms4581 100% agree. I’ve seen the same videos. It’s a good thing the camera, lens, and gimbal are all super lightweight. It’s definitely possible to do this safely. But I do agree with you it’s definitely something to be careful about! I bet there’s more secure mounting systems for this, like Zhiyun does have an official monopod for this purpose but I didn’t get it in time for the video 🤷🏻♂️😅
maybe a small tip, use a CPL filter next time when you have glass and you will be able to filter out the reflections
Some clever ideas. Thanks Mark!
Thank you! ☺️
Great stuff bro! Thanks for sharing 👍
Thank you :)
Love the end result, the parallax running shot looked sweet! I have an electric board, so I might try this!
Thanks so much! The electric board definitely made it even more awesome as well
Great work...keep it up
Thank you so much 😊😊😊😊

Thanks so much! Glad you enjoyed the video 😁
i remember that Brandon Li mounted phone to his arm to monitor the shooting. You know this cases for runners
Oh that’s such a good idea 🤩

@@Markchristiankc awesome thanks that's what I was thinking of doing instead of buying a mount. How did you keep it steady?

Attaching gimbal to "ball head", might be risky...
It’s definitely a risk 😂 but can be worth it! Just gotta be careful and make everything super super suuuuper tight 😂😂
@@Markchristiankc Attack to tripod, if you can remove the ballhead?
