For me, the bathroom brake, especially when a player visibly can't stand normally anymore, is a much more legitimate excuse for a break than not being able to tie your own damn shoes. I feel bad for that situation, but rules are rules. I believe that it was an emergency and I would be angry and confused too. But on the other hand, some players can use this "reason" to go out for a long after let-off
Actually, the player has ways to control his toilet emergencies, except from some specific health issues, which would make him unsuited for a sport carreer. Also, toilet emergency situations might be easily abused. Imo, he should have received a code violation for his outburst, too.

You hear the umpire say it's because he went before the match during the warmup as well, so now he has to go and get back quickly. Tsitsipas just took so long because the rule was vague, but he wasn't breaking it. Ivashka was.
