I also like Jiffy Pop. We grew up with Pie Iron treats. Pizza sauce with cheese and fresh mushrooms are my favorite thing to make with apple pie filling a close second.

The tall poles sticking up from the dredge serve to anchor the dredging platform. They can be pulled up by the crane and clamped in place when the platform needs to be moved, and then you simply drop them into the lake bed when the platform is where you want it to be. Two poles keep the platform secured in the correct orientation, so it's not winding about a chain as it would with a conventional anchoring system. It also allows the platform to rise and fall with waves and tides, so that the anchors don't get pulled out and the working deck doesn't get swamped.
