1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp Butter
1 glass Rice(soaked)
1 tbsp Garlic paste
1 tbsp Chicken powder
Salt to taste
2 Glass Rice
For Chicken chilli dry:
Marination:
400gms Chicken boneless
1 Egg full or 2 Egg whites
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Black pepper
2 tbsp Whole purpose flour
4 tbsp Corn flour
1 tsp Lemon juice or Vinegar
Gravy:
5 tbsp Oil
6-8 Green chillies
4-6 Red chillies
3 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp Oyster sauce
2 tbsp Thai chilli sauce or Any spicy sauce
2 tbsp Chilli Ketchup(optional)
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1 tbsp Chicken powder
1/4 cup water
1/2 inch Ginger
Serving:2-3
