I found a site for Kolumbus but could find no way to book in advance. Does one really need to book a car ferry in advance? If so where is the link to do so? (Kolumbus only shows two trips per day. So if you miss one, plans might have to be drastically changed.)
Hi, thanks for the remark. Unfortunately between writing the text, have it spoken and finally editing the movie (which take several months) the website changed. I find myself very difficult to find the correct website as there seems to be two company offering services. Kolumbus is the public transport company for the Stavanger region. They have to provide a minimum service all year around to Lysebotn. So two a day sound fully plausible at this time of the year.
