Kalam thinks he knows a lot about islam but he hasn´t comprehended the most basic thing in islam, which is that we love Allah more than anybody or anything and after that we love the Prophet more than anybody. So insulting us, our mothers, fathers, children, calling us whatever you want or whatever (for which you would have apologised probably) is NOTHING at all compared to mocking or joking about Allah to us. So the Muslims should stop begging for an apology from someone who has no knowledge or respect for Islam. Just disassociate and leave him.
