LOCAL TANZANIANS AND CHINES IN DAR ES SALAAM KIGAMBONI BUILD 125 HOUSES FOR SELL AND RENT

As how it's in Tanzania, the laws doesn't allow foreigner to own land, so the Tanzania locals has collaborated with Chines to build 125 Houses for sell and rent, and they have many Houses in the city of Dar es salaam. I wish Diasporas could do this as well.
