@adithyaarun8465 my father yesterday told me he is used to hearing " Hyderabad will be next Bangalore since 1997". Guess IT exports of this year from STPS? Bangalore - 4.07 lakh cr and Hyderabad ( 2nd) - 1.21 lakh cr. You think Bangalore is slowing down? Bangalore had the highest growth in IT exports in last 5 years despite its massive base. Even my son will hear the same😂 Regarding infra- Bangalore and Mumbai are the cities having highest infra projects going on. In Bangalore there's 280 KM Satelite town ring road and 73 KM Peripheral ring road is being constructed. Expressways to Mysuru, Chennai, Mangaluru, Vijaywada, Pune are either done or about to be done or in construction or are being planned. 150 KM metro construction is going on. 150KM suburban railway is being constructed. 140 KMs of flyovers, underpasses, tunnels are being planned. Second airport is coming up. Bangalore already holds significant lead in IT but it has also moved on to GCCs, startups, AI , semiconductor design centres. It ranks among top 10 cities in world with respect AI talent concentration. It's ecosystem doesn't compete with india but on world stage. It's the second biggest tech hub in Asia Pacific region after Beijing. It absorbed 21 million sq ft office space this year and no city is even close to it. Karnataka state government ( both parties) is very keen on policy making. It was the first in India to introduce dedicated IT policy ( 1990s), startup policy ( 2015), GCC policy ( 2024), space policy (2024). Apart from tech- Bangalore is hub of space, aviation, heavy manufacturing, numerous R&D centres. It has highest colleges in India for any district ( 1100+). Which is the next big thing in manufacturing in India? Semiconductors. There's already semiconductor park in Mysuru and two companies have signed MOUs to manufacture chips. Bangalore already has almost all of assembly ,R&D centres in india. Due to robust connectivity Between two cities- semiconductor will be created there cause of proximity and immense talent pool availability. Don't believe what media says- Just look into hard data numbers and you'll understand how far , big and fast growing Bangalore is. As per two reputed economic institutions ( world economic forum and Savills growth hubs index) , Bangalore will be fastest growing megacity of world till 2033-35. I'm from Karnataka and let me tell you, all real estate here in Bangalore is run by local tycoons backed up by polticians. So they're heaving invested in growing the city by bringing new projects. Karnataka alone for 21% of Foreign direct investment ( FDI) over last 5 years. So don't fall for these traps! Once you see out real data numbers with comprehensive understanding - you'll get to know that there's no competition to Bangalore and it's way ahead and fast growing too. If you know compounding, you'll understand that the gap will increase even further than closing down.

India and Indian states decide it Sector should also focus usually on manufacturing sector also because there are a lot of companies who are looking for alternatives of China for their manufacturing and sadly they are moving towards Vietnam because India is not as much focusing on the manufacturing sector so we should think more about the manufacturing sector also 😊
Bangalore and Hyderabad ko hara paana mushkil hai! Ek dikkat bimaru state ki ye hai ki goverment change hote hi yahan business environment bigad jaata hai, SP ke raaj me Noida me Adobe ke CEO ke bete aur Mosar Baer ke to CEO ko hi kidnap kar liya tha, companies ye sab bhulti nhi. South me jo bhi government ho, understanding rehti hai ki companies ko pareshaan nhi karna hai, companies ke liye ye bahut badi baat hai.
It is useless to have another tech-sector-based state in India. South India is already a pioneer in that. It is better to develop manufacturing in the north, as it has abundant skilled labour working daily wages.
For development of IT hub apart from what you have enumerated in video, two more factors are there. 1) constant and consistent electricity supply, without outages and fluctuations 2) robust bandwidth for data & saving data routes from external interference i.e. from digging of any kind, joining them with national broadband highways with multiple ring fencing. These two factors do not figure in any of programs.
What about manufacturing hub? India's manufacturing exports are way too less. We should learn from countries like Vietnam. Until and unless we develop our manufacturing sector we won't be able to grow. Manufacturing sector creates more jobs and also it helps in increasing our Soft Power
BIMARU states should focus on Low end manufacturing enough of this IT Shit , Bihar is an upcoming textile hub , it has India's largest Bag production cluster in Muzzafarpur , while Indore , Noida , Jaipur , Bhubaneswar are new IT Hubs of Bimaru
Sir, please inform us about whether this development is being carried out by the Central Government or the State Government so that people can stay informed.
Once Tech Mahindra went to Chandigarh. They had to scale upto 5000 stsff. They had to wind up after some time as there were not enough talented people. But in Gurgaon its easy to recruit evenn10,000 staff. There are many more examples like that. In the case of another medium sized xompany, they started in UP, but their senior management was not ready to leave Pune and go there. Ultimately they shifted closer to NCR. Currently we are advising a company which set up a large back office in central India, howver the staff needs immense training. Hence we are shifting out some key work from there to Thane. What we are noticing is that people of that state whonhave settled in other states are not willing to relocate to home state. Getting experienced talent in North India except NCR is indeed a issue. I think it will take some time, maybe a decade more. Coz when Infosys started Mysore even then it wasnt easy to get people to go just 200 kms away.
True, UP has that potential and UP is making it's way, I see UP becoming the largest state economy of India by the next decade and will become the economic growth engine of the country

Regarding infra- Bangalore and Mumbai are the cities having highest infra projects going on.

IN STATES 2ND IS MAHARASHTRA... NOT TAMILNADU
