Great interview with Spencer. He is very well spoken. Could easily see him as a coach some day the way he can dissect and evaluate his own wrestling. What he said about the Saturday between between a Friday and Sunday competition reminds me of the other sport I follow, which is stage racing in professional bicycling. Went through that exercise and the worst thing to do on a "rest day" is to rest.
