@phonejoey The claw did not go all the way up and i just pressed the button when the claw was right above the hole, and it had a problem... i dont know why... but its working perfectly after resetting the machine.. till now!

E1: Gantry not connected or stop up switch not operational. That's the problem it had. If the string was too short, it would just go back up again and i don't think there's something in the claw checking the string length.

I caught this at my Dave and Busters on the Bling King.
The "E1" is an obvious error code. The way the segments lit up when you moved the joystick leads me to believe it's a logic board problem.
Nah, all W.M.H cranes from this era do that when you move the joystick because of a programming glitch.
