Amazing. What are the little "pins" that get toasted and hammered in? Why do they get "toasted"? Does it harden them? Is it only a specific type of wood this works for?
Thank you for your comment. I gave the video an English title because I wanted foreigners to watch the video. I used Google Translate, but it seems to be a misleading title. I changed the title "furniture upholsterer" to "furniture craftsman". Thank you.
Power tools and hand tools go hand in hand in today's production process. It's not like you have to choose one or the other, better to choose the best of both worlds 😏
Japanese handicraft is the best handicraft you can imagine. Greeting from Switzerland
Sehr schön zu sehen wie traditionelle und moderne Techniken Hand in Hand gehen 😊
Craftsman and his craftsmanship. Just awesome.
Such a high level of efficiency and craftmanship, with a beautiful result.

The video is interesting, but the title is misleading. It is all woodwork. There is no upholstery at all.
Thank you for your comment.

What title are you reading? 🙄
@@mawi1172 The one that was there when I watched it. It's been updated because of my comment.
I don’t get it… they open the video with a tour of a hand tool workshop, and then proceed to make a chair with power tools. Just saying.
No! not JUST power tools; hand tools where necessary, power tools for efficiency(the man's gotta make money at the same time). I say good balance!
