I feel to correct some ways feel me it's wrong to me you have to pump down first unless of realising the freon to air it's big mistakes than you have close the high side, but good 👍
Thats the pump down u only need to stored the refrigerant to discharge and suction side... And u can release the remaining refrigerant pressure from compressor to manifold gauge.
Students must to study what and how it works before dismantling or operating on the refr.installation. They do not know how looks like valves even. Master is good instructor, but his assistante did not payd extra attention why during drainaging oil was so small strait...video is good enough,but before you do something ,please, think twice...and gents, I hope you all ,as I nderstood, know what mean overtightened bolt,nut,filter element and e.t.c.///and gents(may be I wrong, are yu sure what all stuff you clean in the water did you dry i????)

Hello Gents as we are a technician please don't release the refrigerant in the atmosphere or use recovery machine..
I would add fresh oil in first before you plug in the heater.
