100 gm singdana ko pehele roast kro Thanda hone ke bad uska chilka nikaldo 1 tea spoon jeera lo usme 12-15 chile huye lehsoon dalkr mixer mai pis lo.. Phir singdana ko mixer mai add karo sath hi jeera aur lehsoon ka dardara paste add kro sath mai dedh tablespoon mirchi ka powder aur namak taste ke hisab se add kro aur mixer chala do dhyan rkhna ki sing dana daradara rahe powder na ban jaye phir us mixture ko ek plate mai nikal do aur ek chammach tel garam karo dhyan rkhna tel bohot jyada garam hona chaiye phir us tel ko pisi huyi chatni mai dal kr mix kardo ..
Hi nalini Aadha kg shengdana mai 2-3 bundle lahsun lagega aur 2-3 tablespoon jeera laal kashmiri mirchi powder jo tikhi ni hoti wo aap 1 tablespoon add kro colour ke liye aur 2-3 tablespoon laal tikhi mirchi ka powder lelo aur namak taste ke hisab se agar aapko andaza ni hai to starting mai kam namak milao.aur oil aap 2 tablespoon ekdam kadak garam krke last mai add kro

Mam mai saudi Arabia me hun mujhe seng ki gilee chatni banana hai.. Uska kuch idia ho to batana mujhe... Apne gulbarga saher me milti hai wo chatni mujhe KSA ME BANANA HAI KAISE BANAYE
Pehele aap senga ko rost krlo phir uska chilka nikal lo ... Phir usme aap thodi ginger aur 5-6 garlic add kro and thoda corinder, 1-2 red dry chilly , 1 tablespoon crushed coconut , 1tablespoon chana dal and thodasa 1 teaspoon tamarind / 1/3 raw mango or else you can also use green tomatoes .... thoda sa pani add krke blend them together and make smooth paste.... Phir ek bartan mai oil add kro oil garam hone ke bad gas ka flame slow kro aur 1/2 tea spoon mustard seed add krke usme kadipatta add kro aur 5 sec usko fry krke gas band krdo aur chutney mai tadka lagao ho gya chutney
Sirf singdana aur red mirchi powder jeera ka use kr lijiye agar Aap bikul lehsun nhi khate hai toh ya phir lehsun ki jagah garlic powder/ lehsun powder ka use kriye
