It is complete nonsense when cruel people say, "If not for my cruel actions/words towards you, you would amount to nothing." This is nothing more than an excuse for their cruel behaviors! When given a chance, everyone would rather be treated with kindness and love as they work towards becoming something of worth to society and their family. Love those who love you...that's the only thing you need to remember when it comes to paying back people whom you owe something to.

When my brother passed away, I was honored to take care of his kids. We took them in and love them as our own. Now they adults and move on. Even now, our house is home to them….when they return home. I’m so happy that my husband and I were able to make a difference in their life. I wish you the best in your endeavors.

This story is like my brother's. When my dad pass away my brothers they knell down n bow to my uncle from his door step to his feet he still say nope he won't help. Now my brother's are on top of the world he wants to be with them n always want them to help him. Hmong people can never love their brother's n sisters kids. So sad.

Hmong people only want your benefit but not your burden. Sad but we have to become meka-like so we can be independent and not reliant on any clans but our spouse and children. Many of us who succeed financially and move in life - we are our own pack because no one wanted any association with us when we had nothing. So we are use to being and doing it all alone and we know the ones who’ve supported and helped us so those are the important people we will cherish - and give to others on our time and our discretion. I’m glad for your success brother. Such a sad story of sperm donor and irresponsible mother. You’re doing pretty well on your own May you enjoy your blessing and fruit of life. If the orphans you have in your house looks hateful to you and you can’t bare to look at them or feed them, bring them to me! My house is always open to anyone from 1 day old to 18 years old. Yes, even 18 years old still needs guidance!
My mom worked under the table in MN n it's sooo sad she met some teen working. The lady we went with hated him so much. He only stay with them bc the son was good friends with that homeless boy. Both parents didn't want him. I wish I knew who he was. My mom encouraged him shared her food. But never saw him again.
I wish there were homes for all these homeless hmong teens 😭
