Unboxing of Stephen King book lot that I recently purchased. Hey constant readers! My name is Carly and I like frogs and books. Expect lots of Stephen King content as well as a variety of other book genres. I read pretty much everything but romance and YA so there should be horror, thriller, sci-fi, mystery, literary fiction, and nonfiction content. I do reviews, tags, rankings, and other random book related videos. Also expect frog and other wildlife content thrown in.

Good stuff! For something positive about Danse Macabre, Stephen King talks about a lot of his horror influences, and it got me interested in old creature horror movies from the 1950s. I think that's where I learned about Richard Matheson as well, since 'Salem's Lot was partly a tribute to I Am Legend. I remember liking Rose Madder a lot, though if it has a Dark Tower reference I don't remember it.

nice to hear something good about danse macabre haha. I do love creature feature movies so that's interesting! I still haven't gotten to Rose Madder yet but I've also heard it connects to the dark tower somehow.

Awesome video! We also own the serialized version of The Green Mile. Great Stephen King haul, I am sad that I lost so many of my older editions over the years. Oh no, You don't like The Shining, that's one of my favorite. Just kidding, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Glad you found the Bachman Books! I used to have a copy, but I doubt I'll ever find another copy in South Africa.

yeah i'll have to give the shining another try in a few years since it's so well loved. maybe you'll be able to find a copy of the bachman books that will ship there? i'm sure that's harder to find though

Hi Carly, you have lot of wonderful Stephen King novels - I'm a massive fan of his, and I read all of his novels. How much did you pay for all of them?

always glad to find another constant reader! not sure the exact amount of everything but I try to mention the costs of each box in the videos if I can remember. But I buy them all used/second hand either online or in used book stores so I only buy them when I can find a good deal! Takes a lot of searching but that's what makes it fun to me
