    Chile is screwed, they don't have a single drop of oil or gas, there's plenty of lithium all over the planet. And the copper need for EVs is overstated.

    How trite to conclude that 18-30 year olds won't support Biden because he might fall and isn't exciting. ARE YOU JOKING?

      They are out of touch with reality. Not a single mention of endless wars and genocide in Gaza. They must get their news from the MSM. I didn't get to hear the part on Germany but I didn't notice Sahra Wagenknecht being mentioned, who is putting together what is quite possibly a considerable new force in German politics. These two are out of touch because they are indoctrinated by what is taght in western academia. The civilisation behind it is collapsing and with it, its false narrative. They are in a state of confusion and that is what we just listened to.

      They're not sociologists, on this topic, nor many others. Note Mark says 20% youth unemployment is common for western nations... like that's not a problem.

    We aren't a direct democracy, and we don't always let the public make a decision via a popularity contest. Since we all know that, why are we almost complaining about something being anti-democratic? Republicans always mention that we're not a democracy we're a republic.

    • @buzoff4642
      @buzoff4642 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      There seems to be some contention about what that means, if we're democratic, or not. And similarly but ignored,
      There seems to be some contention about if we're capitalism, or not.

      Republicans operate on hypocrisy. This is how their world functions. For example, saying we are a republic and not a democracy (even though a republic is a type of democracy), and then when something doesn't go their way they complain about how democracy is dying. Or how they complain about government spending on welfare, but they are on welfare themselves.
      The entire political viewpoint of maga republicans is incoherent and hypocritical.

      Debates between presidential candidates only began in 1960. The United States has proven this is pretty worthless.

    • @mileenaeupheme1975
      @mileenaeupheme1975 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Trump doesn't debate people, he answers questions and argmuents with insults and ramblings that just serve to make his voters like him more no matter what he says. He literally got praise from people for his ridiculous "water stops magnets from working" nonsense, there is nothing he could ever say or do that would truly make his cult not vote for him. That means there is no benefit or reason to debate trump.
