Assalamuwalaikum.ayat no.15 ashqa .when stopped there what rule applied on ashqa?is it tabawe?or any?pls clarify.ehy we don't say ashq?why pronounced ashqa? need grammar name.thanks

At number 15 when we stop we say ashqa.ي is empty and it's right side having jobor(the grammar name is "madde ibdah). that's why upon stopping we say ashqa.but when we will not stop and continue then ,have to pronounced ashqallaji....
