I'm a Mercedes guy through and through, I will give respect to M Power because BMW does know how to build a car and apples to apples BMW will remain neck and neck with Benz all day. I however, can't get over the lack of consideration for the interior of their upper models. Exterior the X5M is gorgeous and aggressive. I like the ML63 stance and both command the road and demand respect. But when you take into consideration majority of your time will be spent sitting in it, vice staring at it - the Mercedes wins in my opinion time and time again. But again, I guess it's personal preference.
The X5M will do 0-100 in 4.2 seconds, my man. That is verified. That is a comical video. I am biased just as you are but everyone knows the X5M is the king of performance SUV's....even Top Gear.
Come on, son...go look at the specs. The X5M is the better vehicle from the performance perspective. "Monstrous" torque advantage?!?! Tears...you sound ridiculous, B.
This is true, but when it comes to track and stop speed the X6 is the best. All comes down to thermodynamics/drag co-efficient. Blah blah. Also the rs typhoon is the fastest SUV-- it's an x6 with heavy mods priced at around $1 million.
The drag race wasn't done properly as all the viewers know been that if launch control was used they would have been closer to their stated acceleration times

just remap the ecu, you would be surprised, also the new f85 x5m is a 575 hp suv. If it's remapped properly, I'd go for 600+hp and a monstrous torque.

X5M will beat a GL63 with a twin turbo that produces 550h.p. one of the fastest SUV's in the world for the money. So don't compare it to a Lamborghini
