Avatar Reviews are probably going to start happening soon, I just gotta figure out how I'm gonna go about doing it. There is a poll on my community tab about this, so go check that out.
Honestly i really liked the avatars you made, especially with how simple it is because it reminds be of the times before ugc, we didn't have a lot to work with.
As someone who almost obsessively makes avatars on roblox I have a couple of issues mainly worth wording to note (in my opinion ofc) So for mesh heads I think they tend to look great if you ensure that the body parts you use compliment the head, even the weird kemono heads can look great if you pair them with good hats and UTILIZE THE NEW ITEM ADJUSTMENT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD. The editing of clothing to upload yourself is a very helpful tip though will be using that in the future I would also like to add that layered clothing can look not shit if you don’t use it as a crutch and ensure it actually fits with the body type of your character and importantly THE ARTSTYLE OF YOUR ITEMS A large majority of ugly avatars actually do not have a bad design, they just aren’t using the right combination of items for the look. Pairing cell shaded outlined stuff with the highly detailed designs. To keep this stupidly long rant going, ugc heads are a FANTASTIC way to get more freedom with ‘roblox styled’ faces. But it again comes with the note that roblox is not necessarily one art style An important distinction is that yes roblox has a style that is at least usually consistent, but it splits off into LOADS of sub styles that are important to keep in mind such as Classic ‘Lego’ style -mostly flat colors -blocky bodies (roughly up to roblox 2.0 not just the cubes) - flat texture clothing with lightly detailed 3D hats (think the R cap) Post classic-Pre Rthro style - more detailed body shapes and textures - basically anything like the Xbox packs like Casey Rthro - don’t. (Unless you are specifically trying to look out of style and accurate to a VERY specific character) - (Side note some Rthro packages have a unique variant idle animation that’s actually very good) XD (idk but it’s what regretivator is) - a stylized interpretation of the Lego look - bright, popping colors - often paired with an mspaint inspired look without antialiasing - can be seen as the artwork for a lot of games that seem of a higher quality from their webpage It’s important to note that your avatar DOES NOT NEED TO ADHERE TO ONE STYLE AS LAW. You can have the vibrant colors and silliness of XD with the detailed textures of post classic-pre Rthro roblox, it just has to look consistent throughout. My final note is remember the slogan of roblox Powering imagination The avatar editor is a tool to express yourself like any other. Be creative! Even with only free items you can get a LOT of mileage and make some very fun avatars! It is a canvas Paint YOUR picture
I also want to add that the gooner items can actually also be used in an appropriate and good looking manner if you try Do not be afraid of tits, they are a body part. But do NOT draw attention to them, they should not be the main focal point of your avatar
My tip for mesh heads is to use hair trust me it WILL make your avatar look waaayyy better. My fursona has the snow leopard head and some hair to cover the eyes and she doesn't look odd
not really. if youre talking about messy hair yeah but basic hair no. i would use individual eyes and mouths to make it look less like a fking boykisser.
Good criticism schlawg! I disagree with how you view Roblox’s “artstyle,” but hey, different people, different opinions. I don’t fw the avatar styles you are proposing, but I DO agree that the boykisser ctrl-c ctrl-v is rather “shitty.”
I love all the buildup to a compliment towards perfect game design, and then he just says something along to lines of "It's the biggest piece of dogshit, I've ever heard of"
7:50 dude whoever made that comment.. even as an Asian myself, I don’t accept the person who made that comment for bringing up race in the first place. The mass amounts of kemono heads are already similar to the 1000 buzz lightyear toys in one aisle meme. I used to love them when they were few because of how unique they looked, nowadays I’ve been looking for better alternatives
“Bro you don’t like burritos??? You just fucking hate Mexican people, don’t you? you dirty racist. I knew it all along. You’re one of ‘those’ people, aren’t you?”
Actually I would disagree with the "dont wear no clothes" style as I like it sometimes more than the clothed variants (idk why, I just find it to look better and more seamless than clothed ones.)
@@al3xb0t2 I think that choosing to not have an outfit really nerfs the design potential for most characters, but if you can make it look cool anyway than more power to you.
@@EmmetsPage what about for characters in which clothing wouldn't make as much sense for whatever reason (usually for story or whatever) should you include clothes anyways?
@@the_real_aa1 for example if you made a robot type outfit I don't really think it needed cloth much ( for a standard robot ), whatever your creativity lead you ( just don't go somewhat too far )
Furry person here. I am experienced making furry avatars. Some people respect me because how much of my avatar is covered by clothes. I don't wear these kind of stuff from a boykisser/femboy furries.
3:00 I actually once made an avatar based on the Death’s Head Hawkmoth. One particular layered clothing fit incredibly well since it fit the color of the limbs while overlapping the hands in such a way they looked much less bare. While I definitely know this is moreso an exception rather than the rule, it’s the same thing as mesh heads - Although difficult to do, it is possible to make things work with them.
Yeah, I kinda noticed that those Kemono/Protogen/Boykisser heads attract a lot of negative attention. Having the more classic looking furry avatar doesn't seem to bring too much attention, AND it looks good as well.
"i am not racist to Asians" and "I was under the assumption that they were the smartest race on average" are already contradictions, but then you also attempted not to contradict yourself by saying "Yes, calling an ENTIRE group of random people pedophiles is a very bold and harmful assuming to make" which we can all agree is stereotyping, yet by using the word entire, you subtly imply that stereotyping requires you to call out an ENTIRE group as such, rather than a majority, which is what stereotyping is. do i think any of this was intentional? no. am i calling you racists? no, as its easy to believe a stereotype. i simply point this out as with how everything is phrased, it sounds like you are racist yet try to hide it, again, i doubt you are, but its just something to fix for future videos. also, a few nitpicks i have with your video. 1. a lot of examples you've shown for why certain things are bad, are either extremely cluttered or have little to no substance, when there is a balance to it, which you did point out can work well if done right (mesh heads), yet never shown images of those as an example for how to make it look good. 2. all the suggestions really just so catering towards your preferences rather than a more objective approach to it, which wouldnt usually be an issue but the video is titled in a way to where it sounds like these are objective. 3. some of the suggestions are much harder and or impossible to make look good now, MAINLY the faces part, as some classic faces arent on sale unless its for a dynamic head, which can be expensive and not even work in some games. the other one is the suggestion to just "make the items yourself" which requires at least decent modeling and can cost depending on what you make, seeing how you never chose to model and make a head/hair item to fit your character's well, hair, after the public UGC update does prove my point more. 4. As a criticism you pointed out how some people think roblox dosent have an art style (extremely rude about it for no reason, should probably see a therapist if a comment makes you that upset), and i agree with you, it DOES have a base art style. But thats the thing, it has a BASE art style, in which many games change, even roblox moving more towards rthro does show that it dosent have one definitive art style, the avatar that works in one game may not work in a game that has a different art style. Let alone the art style changing with time, the game wasnt as colorful once, wasnt as versatile and forced a specific art style onto game, but thats not the case anymore, roblox can be much more vibrant, have completely different lighting and dosent even need to have the avatars be as cartoony as they usually are, even YOU pointed it out in your next point, yet still managed to only give examples to a very strict version of roblox's art style, which is again, extremely opinion based yet told to be factual. I find it funny how you make a video with comments turned on and when you have people disagreeing and or bringing up decent points, you call them weak, yet decided to dedicate and entire section to that comment, you're unironically more of a snowflake than a 7 year old, at least they can take criticism and ask why instead of whining. The art style argument is something you hold WAY too close to your opinions and ego. 5. Your ego. The entire end portion of the video was just your ego talking, someone disagrees? automatic bad opinion you say. Someone points out that maybe your avatars arent the best and they personally think theirs is better, yet dosent fit your description (which is just a much better way of stating opinions than your video), they are retarded and should never have an opinion. It all comes off like how ali koca did, an egotist who hates everyone not in his echochamber. 6. Your use of calling avatars pedophile looking dosent really say much about the person who made them, genuinely just says that you compare a design to pedophiles. i have personally used both types of styles in roblox (komono and a more basic looking versions) and i had never been once, in or out of roblox, told that the avatar looks like what a pedophile would wear and or make, on neither avatars, maybe you have seen people compare them, but they're so few and far between it dosent really matter and shouldnt have been brought up at all, unless you personally think they look like pedos, which again, says more about you than anyone. and finally, while not big enough to require an entire portion, you claim to care about art styles a lot, and then proceed to show an Ai image of goku wearing the shirt "never goon". idk abt you man, but that ai art did not look like any DB art style to me.
@@thickbot_ considering you lingered on that yet didn't try to defend him about anything else I said is sad honestly. You don't actually have anything to say about me being wrong, you read 1 part and then used that one basis to pretty much say "sthu" You are acting like how I described him, not surprising considering the echochamber he has built
@@Roy.R. let me go through the list though.. 1, Asians ARE the smartest race on average, like factually. Also, this was an obvious joke. 2, these are "preferences" yeah, and you're on his video on his channel. 3. classic faces are not "IMPOSSIBLE" to make look good, they just compliment roblox's actual style. 4. if you think Rthro isn't completely art style breaking, you're cooked. 5. As far as I'm aware the only people he called retarded are people who use kemono heads. He's right, sorry. 6.I wouldn't linger on the "they look like pedophiles" bit, but I also think they do. I think the fact he's uploaded a public video, said multiple times in the video that there is exceptions, and engages with comments that disagree completely disprove this "echochamber" theory.
@@ron133. Isn't that only for the Dynamic Heads? I have some regular Kemono hats and they don't phase through the torso at all-unlike the Dynamic Heads.
Man it's been months and not much as changed on this front unfortunately- Idk, I'm of the belief that you can be passionate about something while remaining respectful of other people and being cognizant of the fact that what you say can affect others. I'm also of the belief that people should be allowed to do what they want, so long as they aren't hurting themselves or others. I also believe that when it comes to subjective topics, differing opinions are fine and dandy; that not everyone has to do things how *I* want them to be, and there's nothing wrong with people wanting to do their own thing. But idk, ig I'm just a weak snowflake for having this stance
That's a perfectly reasonable opinion to have, but I don't like being passive about this kind of stuff. If you're not passionate enough about the aesthetic integrity of Roblox than that's fine, I'm not gonna try to force you to care as much about this as I do.
@@EmmetsPage Like I said you can be respectfully passionate about whatever your talking about. Like I said last time in the UGC videos, the problem isn't the the fact that you care and are deeply passionate about this subject it's all in your delivery Again maybe Im just a dainty crybaby snowflake when I say this, but your delivery has a huge impact on how people view your takes. Honestly 99% of the criticism in that criticism section could've been avoided if you had just worded things in a nicer way, and framed it as a way of helping the platform as a whole rather than it seemingly fitting into what you personally think is/isn't shitty. All the harshness and negativity does is make people think you're egotistical (saw this in one comment) and make them get super defensive.
@@DaHomieRiz You're not wrong, but I have a lot more fun making videos like this. Like if I were to be all polite and respectful in this video, it would have been boring to make and boring to watch. I'm willing to hold a respectful discussion about this kind of stuff and I would behave completely differently in that situation.
Hi, I wanted to say thank you. I used to use the a kemono fox head for my avatar and I have always felt stressed out because I couldn’t customize it all that much, I looked like everyone else. I thought the style that you showed in this video wouldn’t work for me. But I decided to give it a shot. And i’m glad I did! Thank you!
As a furry here is my tip 1. Dont make a furry avatar, when i did i was bombarded with kids who cant mind their own business hating on me for no reason.
4:00 please note that doing this *may* require the permission of the person who made the fur pattern as many groups that make the fur patterns will insist on dmca Takedowns if someone attempts to copy their work (but I'm not sure if they would allow it for personal Avatar clothing)
I love these two videos, because I just get whiplash when the very calm sounding, almost video documentary sounding voice suddenly goes “if you think this looks good I fucking hate you” and I absolutely adore it.
honestly it's a nice breath of fresh air to see someone with any one drop of sense in roblox (for ONCE) and ESPECIALLY to see someone with a sincere sense of fashion. it's all subjective and whatnot but it all boils down to trends and what looks right or not, and seeing those same kemono heads every server i'm in.. i cannot express just how much it irritates me. i've always leaned towards using unique mashes of accessories rather than just buying every one item for a specific set. sucks that your channel is underrated.
small addition to a comment i made: in the first video you said something around the lines of "if you have this type of avatar you LOOK like a (notive)" first of all, thats just WILD, second of all ive seen this video as previously stated in a response, saying that "im not saying you are a (notive), im just saying that if people see you people will THINK that youre a (notive)" which is still wild because its just as bad as the first statement, only that you phrased it just a tiny itty bit differently.
now can we talk about how irritating the not-furry-femboy copy and paste avatars are? like the swimsuit lookin thigh high uwu catboys with stark white skin, black or white hair and "kawaii" face? those have even less originality than the furry avatars because at least the furries come in different colors
i'm not a furry or anything, but one time i tried recreating my old 2020 WoF dragon oc in roblox because i was bored, (it was dark blue and cyan/teal. basic asf) and joined Rate My Avatar and someone legit just said "my mama told me not to talk to ppl like you" i couldn't find any actual realistic-ish dark blue dragon head (with cyan/teal horns as either part of the accessory or as a separate accessory) so i unfortunately had to buy the weird looking one. the avatar wasn't wearing any weird clothing, it had a leather jacket and some pants. never wore it again, as i don't want ppl to think i'm a furry or a weirdo. (i'm literally 15 and aroace.) i'm more of a numberblocks guy.
and why do i still like numberblocks at the age of *15* you may ask? to be honest, i dont really know. i've been in the numberblocks community for 5 years, literally half a decade now.
Unfortunately any sort of avatar with animalistic or furry like features will get you harassed and called things or targeted in any game you play whether it looks good or not. That's just how the roblox community is.
I'm surprised kimono avatars have such a bad wrap considering I barely hop on enough to engage with the community enough to really know, it really excites me that there's an alternative tho bc I couldn't find one before and I wanted to use hair accessories
I usually can't use those mesh heads because my fursona has a very specific color pallette that doesn't fit with the same 5 color variants mesh heads provide
i personally really like my avatar and i literally 3d modelled and uploaded a hair + nose ring combo for the avatar specifically (that works with the mesh head i have), i think the whole avatar works well also idk, i just personally really dont like the roblox faces, they just leave so so so much to be desired, and a face+snout combo just works if the colors match but can look really iffy and out of place ALSO YES MORE PEOPLE SHOULD UPLOAD MORE CUSTOM STUFF FOR SHIRTS OMG IT CAN BE SO COOL!!
I'm a furry myself and every popular furry avatars I've seen had their cheeks hanging out. Of course people are gonna think you're weird no matter if it's sfw or not. The boykisser face just makes it worse tbh
I really get the icks whenever I see UGC heads using the boykisser formula face, I'm not as passionate when it comes to art style stuff but just slapping a boykisser face on a ugc feels like a waste of potential and just makes everyone avoid people who wear said accessories
Sneps are starving in terms of accessories Only Hund Corp has some neat stuff but that will only get you so far Don't even get me started on clothes...
@xo_snep Yeah and any snow leopard accessory I see really doesn't suit the overall design of my sona. I use two ugc heads and used the new accessory adjustment feature to show the eyes of one head and use the mouth/snout of the other. Looked decent ig lol
Only thing I disagree with is tip #1. Now I don't discourage or encourage mesh heads, I simply prefer to use them. I don't care whether or not others use them. I use mesh heads often, and I create accessories like contacts for kemono heads (mostly because I know how much people want those, I don't actually like them much). What I mostly care about is the uniqueness. Otherwise, *yes,* the clothing tip especially. Clothing makes avatars look so much cleaner. At least 90% of my avatars are clothed. It gives them their own identity instead of you looking like a copy-paste of someone else's light blue kemono fox avatar. Whenever I see someone in a suggestive femboy outfit like a shoulderless turtleneck bodysuit with a keyhole, especially if it's a furry, I already know I cannot trust them whatsoever.
I don't encourage or discourage mesh heads is what I'm saying, but I personally prefer to use them. I don't really care whether or not anyone uses them. I *beg* Roblox furries to put some fucking clothes on though.
I personally enjoy a handful of mesh heads, and utilize them when I can make them work w/ the blocky body i've stuck w/ since 2010. I do make more detailed avatars, so they don't often click w/ the typical style of what one would associate w/ roblox, but at the same time I have some that do just rely on the regular roblox head shape! I'll admit, i use UGC heads w/ unique non-animated faces bc I find them appealing, but I do agree using the nose for a classic face is super useful and I've done that myself. This is decent advice for someone who especially wants 2 make an avatar that stays true 2 the original style of the site, and smth neat for others who aren't so strict or picky (for a lack of better word) on what their avatar should resemble style-wise 2 consider n broaden their horizons. I'd honestly love seeing avatars like this w/ clothing n proper accessories/details rather than the blandness of an avatar w/ a kemono head + generic fursuit clothing (whether it be 2D or layered) n nothing else. More creative avatars are so much more fun 2 encounter overall, regardless of the style they're made in.
the first part is so true unironically people will think you’re diddy if you have one of those avatars, I’ve seen it in every online community space on Roblox, Anyway, great video with great presentation! Subscribed. Hopefully I can make my avatar more fire with these tips 🤩
even though i do agree with some of the points you made, insulting people when faced with criticism (constructive or not) isn't a good way of dealing with it, it just makes you look mean and doesn't give reasoning behind what you're saying i don't agree with your reason for as to why someone should not wear a certain item/type of item or not look a specific way since all you really said was "because it looks bad" (that's subjective) and "because people will think you're a bad person" (1. don't judge a book by it's cover. 2. they didn't make the avatar for you.) personally, even if i agree that x item looks bad or y style is an eyesore, i think anyone should be able to look like or use any type of item regardless of what other people think of them unless their look has something or is offensive or inappropriate. roblox doesn't have an art style... anymore. it used to have, back in the mid to late 2010s, but with the release of ugc, roblox's "metaverse" phase, and newer games invoking innovation on the platform, the "art style" has been completely eradicated. now instead of all games looking the same, we have *variety*. your idea of roblox's artstyle is wrong, that is not what roblox as a whole looks like, it has never been, that is what the mid to late 2010s roblox avatar looked like, and that was because we were all limited to what items roblox offered, now with ugc, so much more is possible with the avatar editor than before, and limiting people to just what *you* think roblox is is wrong. during the metaverse era, roblox was using rthro everywhere, do you think that just because that's what roblox was trying to become, that everyone should have to conform to only using rthro too? the community, as many flaws are there are in it, is what defines roblox as a community. a chaotic yet charming mess. that, is roblox. the people in it, the players, the devs, the c o m m u n i t y the avatars? yes, their """""style""""" is important for recognizability, but just like the games, they can be anything you want, and that is what makes roblox, roblox. imagination sorry if this is 2 much text, im just really passionate about this platform and i feel like i could talk about it for days, thx 4 reading
is it bad that i like both avatars that fit in and dont fit in with roblox? i specifically like the ones that have actual effort put into them though, i really think it's possible to make avatars that don't feel like roblox yet still look very high quality. also, I usually use those 2d face hats for my more blocky roblox avatars. also my fursona doesnt have clothes 😭😭😭
i make a lot of furry avatars and i always avoided mesh heads since they look HORRIBLE and have a lack of any creativity or flexibility. i've made avatars that are a thousand times better with ugc faces, hair combos, and fur accessories combined. never been a fan of kemono heads, and glad to see someone pointing out how terrible they are and how you can do so much better. same goes with clothing and clothing accessories. however, i do sometimes make avatars without clothes since the fur patterns are better on their own at times or when i can't think of any clothing to add.
ngl...I haven't seen people address this, so Ima js address this rq for the time being so, if what your saying is that we SHOULDN'T wear mesh heads that look "out of place" or "artstyle breaking", then how would it be possible to make a more complex looking species like protogens or sergals...do we like, either have to make it ourselves, look for a protogen mesh that looks like it'd fit in roblox, or just DON'T altogether?
You can for sure make things for Sergals and Protogens that fit on Roblox. The issue is that nobody so far has done that, so someone has to do it themselves.
DUDE THIS IS SO TRUE IVE BEEN WANTING TO TELL MY FRIENDS THAT "FURRY AVATARS ARENT BAD, JUST DONT MAKE A KEMONO ONE THEYRE GONNA BE AWFUL" NOW I FINALLY KNOW HOW TO TELL THEM!!! It just is impossible to be creative and original with kemono heads thank you so much
My way of making avatars is by improvising, by using old event accessories and testing before buying them, along with the opinion of others about the avatar trying to be as original and creative as possible within my likings. I think this is the right way to make not only furry but all kind of avatars
3:22 i'm not a roblox player nor a full-on furry (so i'm watching this video for my entertainment), but i agree on this so hard, fur is not an excuse to lack class or drip
8:13 the first Kemonos were made as a concept during the Muromachi period, which was from the 1300's to the 1500's, also, you remind me of my Nazi schoolmate with the disrespecting art thing "SIE HABEN KEIINN RESPEKT FÜR DIE DEUTSCHE KULTUR" type shit. Also a bit too much profanity, use words like "bad" or "horrid" instead of shit, it makes you seem more like someone who knows what they're talking about. Otherwise, great video and I totally agree.
8:09 i just learned a new line to defend my beliefs "my hatred towards pride flags is NOT some bizarre way of attacking gay people. i separat gay people from pride"
3:20 needles to say, the church should have made this point clearer, like, how was I supposed to know that not wearing clothes is considered "public indecency"
My roblox charater does NOT follow all of these (mainly from 1, 2) But I would say that they are a pretty solid design and are pretty customizable to alternate from the "hideous" Rthro style and classic without too much change. Number 3 is an absolute yes, they really help out with making a character feel like they are your own. However, when it does come to tip number 4, it is hella expensive/time sink to purchase/design an asset or change an asset for a mesh (and somewhat for a decal but decals are pretty easy to do in my option). BC lets say for example (and personal experience) you find a certain hair piece that fits a character you want to make and that you personally like doesn't have a specific color because the creator doesn't make any GODDAMN COLOR FOR THAT SH*T? WELL NOW *YOU* HAVE TO MAKE THAT COLOR POSSIBLE FOR YOURSELF! BUT OH LOOK, ONE 3D ASSET FOR COST 750 ROBUX, WHICH IS EXPESIVE ALREADY, AND IF YOU CAN"T MANAGE TO MAKE IT FIT THE FIRST TIME OR MISPLACE IT, WELL F*CK YOU BC YOU HAVE TO PURCHACE THAT SHIT AGAIN JUST TO ADJUST TO YOUR AVATAR AND MAKE IT LOOK HALF DECENT!- yeah... but I love My OC sososososo much :3

To keep this stupidly long rant going, ugc heads are a FANTASTIC way to get more freedom with ‘roblox styled’ faces. But it again comes with the note that roblox is not necessarily one art style
An important distinction is that yes roblox has a style that is at least usually consistent, but it splits off into LOADS of sub styles that are important to keep in mind such as
Classic ‘Lego’ style
-mostly flat colors
-blocky bodies (roughly up to roblox 2.0 not just the cubes)
- flat texture clothing with lightly detailed 3D hats (think the R cap)
Post classic-Pre Rthro style
- more detailed body shapes and textures
- basically anything like the Xbox packs like Casey
Rthro
- don’t. (Unless you are specifically trying to look out of style and accurate to a VERY specific character)
- (Side note some Rthro packages have a unique variant idle animation that’s actually very good)
XD (idk but it’s what regretivator is)
- a stylized interpretation of the Lego look
- bright, popping colors
- often paired with an mspaint inspired look without antialiasing
- can be seen as the artwork for a lot of games that seem of a higher quality from their webpage
It’s important to note that your avatar DOES NOT NEED TO ADHERE TO ONE STYLE AS LAW. You can have the vibrant colors and silliness of XD with the detailed textures of post classic-pre Rthro roblox, it just has to look consistent throughout.

The avatar editor is a tool to express yourself like any other.

100% accurate.
" i have personally used both types of styles in roblox (komono and a more basic looking versions)" wrap it up 🙏😭

2, these are "preferences" yeah, and you're on his video on his channel.

Idk, I'm of the belief that you can be passionate about something while remaining respectful of other people and being cognizant of the fact that what you say can affect others.
Like I said last time in the UGC videos, the problem isn't the the fact that you care and are deeply passionate about this subject it's all in your delivery
Again maybe Im just a dainty crybaby snowflake when I say this, but your delivery has a huge impact on how people view your takes. Honestly 99% of the criticism in that criticism section could've been avoided if you had just worded things in a nicer way, and framed it as a way of helping the platform as a whole rather than it seemingly fitting into what you personally think is/isn't shitty. 1. Dont make a furry avatar, when i did i was bombarded with kids who cant mind their own business hating on me for no reason.
i joined one of those “furry outfits” games once, and it was just ALL THE SAME.
i think most of those games are made by people who are trying to rake in as much money as possible and click the first thing that shows up ngl
4:00 please note that doing this *may* require the permission of the person who made the fur pattern as many groups that make the fur patterns will insist on dmca Takedowns if someone attempts to copy their work (but I'm not sure if they would allow it for personal Avatar clothing)
Nah just steal shit, become ungovernable
Pro tip : buy recolorable clothes (because they can be recolored if you ever want to try a new color or smth idk)
I loved how you were able to bring up counter arguments as well, everything your saying is so true 😭
small addition to a comment i made: in the first video you said something around the lines of "if you have this type of avatar you LOOK like a (notive)" first of all, thats just WILD, second of all ive seen this video as previously stated in a response, saying that "im not saying you are a (notive), im just saying that if people see you people will THINK that youre a (notive)" which is still wild because its just as bad as the first statement, only that you phrased it just a tiny itty bit differently.
now can we talk about how irritating the not-furry-femboy copy and paste avatars are? like the swimsuit lookin thigh high uwu catboys with stark white skin, black or white hair and "kawaii" face? those have even less originality than the furry avatars because at least the furries come in different colors
i'm not a furry or anything, but one time i tried recreating my old 2020 WoF dragon oc in roblox because i was bored, (it was dark blue and cyan/teal. basic asf) and joined Rate My Avatar and someone legit just said "my mama told me not to talk to ppl like you" i couldn't find any actual realistic-ish dark blue dragon head (with cyan/teal horns as either part of the accessory or as a separate accessory) so i unfortunately had to buy the weird looking one. the avatar wasn't wearing any weird clothing, it had a leather jacket and some pants. never wore it again, as i don't want ppl to think i'm a furry or a weirdo. (i'm literally 15 and aroace.) i'm more of a numberblocks guy.
and why do i still like numberblocks at the age of *15* you may ask? to be honest, i dont really know. i've been in the numberblocks community for 5 years, literally half a decade now.

i personally really like my avatar and i literally 3d modelled and uploaded a hair + nose ring combo for the avatar specifically (that works with the mesh head i have), i think the whole avatar works well

Subscribed. Hopefully I can make my avatar more fire with these tips 🤩
even though i do agree with some of the points you made, insulting people when faced with criticism (constructive or not) isn't a good way of dealing with it, it just makes you look mean and doesn't give reasoning behind what you're saying
i don't agree with your reason for as to why someone should not wear a certain item/type of item or not look a specific way since all you really said was "because it looks bad" (that's subjective) and "because people will think you're a bad person" (1. don't judge a book by it's cover. 2. they didn't make the avatar for you.)
personally, even if i agree that x item looks bad or y style is an eyesore, i think anyone should be able to look like or use any type of item regardless of what other people think of them unless their look has something or is offensive or inappropriate.
roblox doesn't have an art style...
anymore.
it used to have, back in the mid to late 2010s, but with the release of ugc, roblox's "metaverse" phase, and newer games invoking innovation on the platform, the "art style" has been completely eradicated. now instead of all games looking the same, we have *variety*.
your idea of roblox's artstyle is wrong, that is not what roblox as a whole looks like, it has never been, that is what the mid to late 2010s roblox avatar looked like, and that was because we were all limited to what items roblox offered, now with ugc, so much more is possible with the avatar editor than before, and limiting people to just what *you* think roblox is is wrong.
during the metaverse era, roblox was using rthro everywhere, do you think that just because that's what roblox was trying to become, that everyone should have to conform to only using rthro too?

Number 3 is an absolute yes, they really help out with making a character feel like they are your own.
However, when it does come to tip number 4, it is hella expensive/time sink to purchase/design an asset or change an asset for a mesh (and somewhat for a decal but decals are pretty easy to do in my option). @@catmario-l8i im glad im not the only one noticed it, most kemono head users are children and he calls them that on purpose kek what is this friendly fire? anyways so ugc is LE BAD but he also wears it? heh..
Any roblox face can fit with every furry avatar if it is good enough of an avatar to fit in
Basically look less like a furry because anti furries accuse you of being a pedo 👍
@@ShinawaDoesStuff Dawg you could be a normal dude with no prior exposure to furries and you would think that those femboy kemono people are pedophiles. Like why would you dress up in fetish clothing on a kids game?
Do not try to turn what I'm saying into some gay "us vs them" thing.
@@EmmetsPage "fetish clothing"????
@@ShinawaDoesStuff I shouldn't have to elaborate on what I mean. You know what I'm talking about.
@@EmmetsPage no i wouldn't because that's a mentally insane thing to assume, the most i would think of would be just "cringe gooners" not pedophiles
@@anomalousanimates If someone is being a "cringe gooner" on an all-ages platform with a userbase of mostly children, you would not think "oh that guy is exposing children to sexual content, he is probably a pedophile."?
Like is this really the hill you want to die on?
You know you're in too deep when you get recommended this 🙏😭
But what if I like my avatar with mesh heads (and it doesnt look like shit)
How tf did it got recommended to me? Im not even furry lmao
Well your a rain world fan
That might have something to do with it
its a sign
6:30 *sorry, but you are the BEST and most BASED furry i've ever met so far :)*
*btw, if you want to make a femboy avatar, just make a male looking character, cross dresing, and skimpy clothes does NOT count as clothing, as well as thigh highs, since they are very nsfw*
new insane generic roblox elitist youtube just dropped
hes right doe
Pretty good
Inspired me to try and make a furry avatar(it's a w.i.p cuz some parts are missing)
Personally if we are talking mesh heads in general and not just kemono heads, u can try and make something work
And the artstyle thing 4 me is more dependant on the persons taste(as it could make an avatar more dynamic + when i say artstyles i don't mean those degen artstyles)
Pretty good tips
Layered clothing Sucks
9/10
Pretty good!
(I'm a profesional yapper)
Glad I could help :)
2:02 Tien edit goes hard 🗣🔥🔥🔥
My guy is just a fox in a GWOT era us military combat uniform
+🤠
(Also if you don't get it, whenever you do good deeds in rdr2, something like this show up in your screen.)
I'm not even a furry, but I watched cuz this guy is so fucking funny
This guy sounds like Ruben sim had a child with Gone fishinq. People that takes lego game too seriously lolol
@@unfunnyscoutpg3d Pretty clear that he isn't taking it seriously, but you do you
This dude got good tips
Ngl I'd probably add more items but not over the top and there are also faces that you can wear too(accessories)
I'm not a furry but I'd like seeing theses types of avatars around more often than the generic ones with mesh heads
The "Fur patterns with clothes tip" is a must because most of the time, you'd find the weirdest shit on the catalog (and only few normal ones ☠️)
Never goon...
This is the only Roblox furry tutorial a person will ever need.
thank you for making this fantastic video
as a furry that literally refuses to use kemono avatars and relies on other accessories that DONT make me look like i diddle little people this might be the best video out there
You are the jesty jesus of roblox, keep going!
Hello there. I saw you used the term "mesh heads" a lot, but I couldn't really figure out what you meant with that.
Spanish speaker struggle here.
@@Wolfred_69 Meshes are models, "Mesh Heads" are head replacement cosmetics basically.
friendly fire will not be tolerated
superjman1111 has a great representation that you dont need head meshes to fit into the furry style even though superjman1111 is a commenter and seem to use a cosplay the cosplay looks awesome!
3:41 *YAAAY, FINALLY A FURRY WITH AN ACTUAL BRAIN :D*
3:53 Woah what a video- is that funeral of the dead butterflies?
"Kemono fox? That thing's a damn gimmick sonny, back in my day we had Arctic Fox."
You mean in 2018?
Because that's when furries avatar started to rise up
And not surprisingly when UGC program started.
NitroIord would be proud :,)
he did some questionable things-
@@soyfabruhHe looked at porn on Twitter, I don't really think that's questionable.
@@EmmetsPage if thats all he did it really aint that bad
oof, guess spooky spring is getting canceled. ya know the one who uploaded the ugc you linked.
