I bought it for 4.99, played with controller o n Android. Sound is awesome not like in this video. Controller is well supported. No Gamebreakers in 30 h of my playthrough. Well done.
I’d say DS anyday. The DS has physical controls which are a huge boon for the active combat system. Apparently the largest gripe on iOS is the controls but at least they offer a “Wait” mode instead of “Active” mode which basically makes it a regular turned based RPG. The battles are good in this but I really play for the story and the music. It’s like an anime film. I wish they made a proper Anime on it. Anyways the DS is probably the definitive version of Chrono Trigger. If you only have iOS though I’d say it’s still good to play on.

This needs to be made compatible with Android TV, they would just need to add gamepad support.

As someone who own the original snes cart I gotta say this version doesn't sound great considering it's an "upgraded"version
