Totally agree, I've just started studying for this and find the practises and the wording in the test exams are very similar. I think most of the time, the difficult part is to understand the context/scenario and wording of the question. Couple of test ones I have done, did not do well and found it you really need to READ very carefully for the nuances. I've purchased a book too, which is helping rather than just online training slides.
Better off get a 1 month sub to Kindle, you can read a ton of books and do practice exams for free with the trial.

Hi. Saw your video before I took the exam. Gave me an exact description as before I expected the questions to be word to word but as you told they will play with words slightly , I prepared like that and I passed the exam.

You mentioned 2 Axelos sample papers but there is only one ITIL4 paper available on the Axelos site. Are you referring to the ITIL3 paper as the second paper?
At time of recording both sample papers were freely available, however this has changed and the 2nd sample paper is now available to members of #myitil and to students studying an accredited course.
She keeps referring to the slide. What is the that slide? Can you please post the link to download the site? also, typically what is the duration of the preparation?
These are our course material slides which are available to you when you take any ITIL Foundation course from any training provider (including us). You are able to take the ITIL Foundation exam without taking any course, however Jo would always recommend a course and her 99% pass rate demonstrates the effectiveness of one. A full course requires 17hrs worth of study, all of which will prepare you well for your exam.
Hi, I did the exam on this past monday and I did 25 correct questions. I know that you need 26 correct but I read at leat 25.
I'm waiting for the official result. What do you think?
Did I succeed? Will they let me the certification with 25?
Hi, immediately after completing the exam PeopleCert issue the interim result in a pop-up window stating either "Pass" or "Fail". At that point you do not know your score. PeopleCert then email within the following week informing you of your score. The pass mark is 26; no certificate will be issued for less than that.

Which is reason for give material for ITIL and in end paraphrased all questions on exam? And is not correspond with real book? What can do people's for who English language is not native? From where to study if everything is paraphrased?
Hi there Grigore! The material we cover in our ITIL 4 Foundation course is in English, but the concepts will translate well in any language. The exam for ITIL 4 Foundation is available in several languages to assist students that do not speak English as their native language.
The ITIL 4 Foundation examinations are currently available in the following languages: English, Brazilian Portuguese, Chinese, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Polish, Spanish

@ITProTV First Thanks for answer my question. I checked and still study from book to find where i get wrong. I don't know how it was year the go, but I can say my opinion, questions on exam is focus too much for failing is not including the real definition or similar scenario which I study from book. And now I am confused from where to study if the book for ITIL 4 foundation is wrong information.
Hi Grigore. The information in the official AXELOS ITIL 4 Foundation book is not wrong. All the questions that you have in the actual PeopleCert exam are taken from that book. While they will not use a "word for word" question, the concept will still be straightforward and at a foundational level. What is your native language Grigore? You can contact AXELOS to see if they have Practice Exams in your native language and then you can take the actual exam in your language as well. (IF it is available in your native language). I hope this helps.
Nice. Thanks. However, it seems like the Foundation exam assesses lower level learning that requires memorization as per Blooms Taxonomy (e.g., Remember, Understand and Understand). 🤔
