We need season 2...this particular show portrayed an idol having real interaction with normal college going students which is quite rare among kpop group. It shows the down to earth version of an idol still manages to be entertaining, also thanks to the students who warmed up to kai and welcomed him with open hand.

Seeing Kai get to experience what is it to be in university music organizations and interacting with the members is so refreshing to me. I'm glad he get to be friends and get to perform with talented bands! Great job to the staffs for producing 'Huening Kai Wants To Start A Band' it's sad that it ended but we are glad because we've seen various talented artists and bands along side with Kai! The bands were so friendly and great! We can't wait for the 2nd season!

It's so bittersweet to part ways with Kai's band journey. I felt like he could live his youth that his career might have taken from him even if it's just a bit. I think this was a great opportunity for Kai to learn more and showcase his musicality along with all the bands featured on this show. I hope to see more of our lovely kai perform with bands! I also want to thank this show for introducing me to more bands. I love band music and I definitely fell in love with the different bands and their sounds~

txt has been my ult group since 0x1=lovesong era. i can say with so much confidence that of all the literal years of material i've watched from this group, between to-do and tour vlogs and comeback variety episodes and game caterers and all the rest, out of everything, hueningband has been my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE SERIES. hueningkai is incredibly charming and even more talented. some people can just pick up new instruments at the drop of a hat!! some people are born to be musicians!!! this series solidifies the notion that in every universe, fame or no fame, conventional success or not, huening kai will be a musician simply because he loves music. i am so happy to be a fan of someone who actually enjoys what they do.
thank you to this show for being some of the most unique kpop content ever, because there are so few idols who can not only sing but pick up instruments the way kai does. from a ningdungie in their mid-twenties who used to have big dreams of Making It on their instrument but has now chosen a career not at all related to music - thank you for reminding me of what i love. genuinely begging on my knees for season two.
