Even here in chiawelo I myself have a problem though there are people also who have this problem of floods because of the outside drainage in the street. But what corruption is doing some drains have been cleaned because they have connection in Anc.
Phindile, what I noticed even before Covid19 is that the municipality in our area are no longer cleaning the water drainage in the roads. They are full of plastics, tins, plastic bottles, old shoes and every dirt you can think of like grass. It's a lot of dirt. So we are not surprised when water does not flow smoothly and with ease when it is raining. You can see in some places small trees growing out of the water drains in the street threre.
Time to take our Council's BACK from Political parties all ran like clockwork pre 1996 be it Soweto or Sandton each township or Suburbs had their own community working 24/7 365 days a year. NO Tenders NO Contact STAFF ALL had permanent Employees Fact

Iv been dreaming the hole world running away from big floods and I was trying to reach my kids but I couldn't find them
I also had a same Dream trying to reach my children but couldn't get them 😥😥
