    People like the Brute Force bags more and they're made in the USA, unlike GoRuck's, despite all the jingoism and flags. GoRuck wins on warranty though

    Man I love the goruck products!! I got the red and black one. Are you doing the goruck tribe by chance?

      I considered joining the Tribe...I may in the future but been trying to cut back in expenses. I’m moving in June so if I don’t find a good gym right away I may try that out for a while. 🙌🏻💪🏻 You like the Tribe programming?

    I’m wondering if these 10lb Ruck Sandbags would fit into Plate Carrier vests?

    • @ScottfromCalifornia
      @ScottfromCalifornia  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      That is one thing I haven’t tried. They are a fair amount bigger than anything I’ve seen in a plate carrier vest…my guess would be probably not, but I’ve never tried as I don’t own a vest.

    If I can only get one goruck should I get the 60 or 80lbs? Will the 80lbs be to floppy of you only fill it up with 60lbs?

      Honestly I toiled over the same question. Now that I have the 60, I bought 2 10lb sandbags from GoRuck and I am pretty sure I could put them in the 60 to get up to that 80lbs. Most everything I read and researched...folks said the same. I don’t think you can go wrong with the 60. If I buy another in the future...it’ll be the 120 for heavier movement workouts.

      @@ScottfromCalifornia I just got an awnser from goruck regarding size and if you can fit more or less. But as expected they didn't recommend filling it less than it's meant to be. Which is understandable. And they said that fitting a 10lb bag beside the 60 might be to tight afit, but with this I trust you more I think. That it'll work!

      @@AVest421 nice! Glad they responded. The 60lb filler sandbag they provide fits well in there...and honestly I haven’t tried to squeeze more in...but I bet I could overfill the main bag and squeeze a 10lb bag in.
      What I’ve found though is 60lb sand bag feels a lot heavier than it looks. So haven’t felt the need to bump up the weight, cause I can always put weight in my GR1 and keep that on my back if I want to ramp things up.

      @@ScottfromCalifornia did you have a chance to find out if those 10lb bags will fit inside the 60lb shell? Curious about whether to get the 60 or the 80 as well

  • @blablah538

    If like to just leave the 10lb sand bag in the GR1 for EDC but I'm worried it will crush my laptop. Anyone tried it?

      @@blablah538 never tried that. But leave the 20 lb plate in my gym bag. 😁

    Did you make sure you didn't scoop up any dead fish at the beach?
