I really needed to hear this message. For sometime now my relationship with God has been where it should be. I’ve been feeling empty, incomplete and unfulfilled. I’ve been so distracted by earthy things that I took my eyes away from God. I believe it’s time for me to home now. It’s not gonna be easy but it needs to be done.

LORD JESUS let your face shine upon me once again. I feel that because of my sin You are far away from me. I have hope in you because I know my sin forgiven. Restore my relationship with you so I can be happy in you again 🇿🇼

Wow must confess. Just told me about self-righteous, indignation against God, being a transgresser just in how foolish we can be. I thought because I'm saved and seeking God all the old things didn't still linger, me thinking I was so wise being young and have been through alot and learning from mistakes but now having been blinded to it but for a moment because this word broke so many chains💛, his word says "Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into and image made like to corruptible men, and to birds, fourfootted beasts, and creeping things. Romans 1 22-23, trying to bring my perscutors to Christ with vainglory and through strife. But the beautiful thing about God is if you ask him he will give and I've wanted my heart revealed and not to deceive my own self he says in his word "what may be know of him may be manifest in us" so beautiful that is; because even when we don't understand even in reading and it being right before my eyes reading and saying well I hope I'm not doing that. He's still who he is and has promised to deliver us, and as I begin to ask Lord is that me even his correction is done with love even doing the wicked I've done he's a Good Father truly the keeper of my soul. Praise the Lord thy God and may he continue to bless you

Listening to this message this morning (Aug 29,2022) is something that ties in with this week's prayer time. For me at least. So much grief, guilt, depression and this nails it, Ps. Paul. Great teaching of God's glorious Word and truth that sets us free.

All the things of this material world that we try to add to ourselves to make is feel complete, to fill the void of our broken relationship with God are all illusionary and transient. It like watering a branch of a tree and neglecting the root. Only a restored relationship with God brings eternal happiness. Not happiness as the world knows but a deep contentment and irreplaceable bliss.
