Hey. I can guarantee if you listen to my guidance on how to do the exercises and use correct form, you will see changes. Everyone’s change will vary and I’m not sure what you’re expecting to see, but I can guarantee you can tighten your physique, tone up, start to see more definition and lose fat. You won’t lose fat if you are not in a caloric deficit though and this is done through diet. You need to focus on what you’re eating on a daily basis. A lot of it depends on you and the effort you’re prepared to put into any workout 🩷
Hi, i can tell you that i followed the advise Jenna gave on her post on the caloric deficit and I did all the exercices, daily and I see real change. I am more toned and my muscle began to show. I lost 7 cm in the whaist, 9 cm on the lower belly, 7 cm on the butt and 7 cm on the upper part of the legs. I lost 5 kg, too. I just finnished my 25th workout and some of the workouts are not that easy, but the secret is in being consistent and don' t give up when you think you can' t make it...close your eyes and concentrate, you will find the strainth. And very, very, very important is to be carefull at what you eat and how much you eat.
I have! I feel stronger, more flexible, and I changed my diet. I have noticed more inches coming off my thigh and my stomach feeling way stronger. My arms are definitely looking stronger as well. So basically a whole body change. I’m smaller in general and lift weights but certain areas on my body have taken forever to get toned. I’m finally seeing results in this challenge.
