Chestnut-sided Warbler

- Warblers are difficult to videotape because they move around so much. This portrait of a male Chestnut-sided Warbler was not easy to pull off. I visited his territory on three different occasions and spent a lot of time praying he would sit still long enough for me to get some footage. More often than not, he would fly the moment I got him in focus. But my hard work paid off and I'm pretty happy with the results. How about you?

Beautiful 😍😍
Beautiful videos!! I am studying up on my warbler calls to do bird conservation research for my master's thesis. Your videos are a major help!!! Thank you!
How you ever caught one still so long! Wonderful.
Che meraviglia della Natura!!!
Your patience and persistence certainly paid off; dynamite video!
As the owner of two green singing finches (serinus mozambicus), I know well what you mean by "moving around so much." They're marvelous, charming pets and so is this little darling warbler you've managed to film perfectly.
So kleine Süßischkeìt!!! Viel Dank für diese Schönheit!
My favorite warbler! Beautiful video, thanks for sharing! :)

Fantastico!!! Grazie per il video!
Adorable little birdie😁
Thank you so much for posting this! I try to see what birds are talking near me but it is difficult sometimes to track them down
Me too! I was wondering if this was the bird that does the “wee hooooo” .
Outstanding! The bird AND the video
All of your vids are beautiful. I love North American birds!
this is outstanding video. A lot of hard work. for 2 minutes! thank you
Beautiful colors, great footage.
Great video . My limited experience with warblers tells me that for 1 hour I'll be lucky to get 10 seconds video or photos. Thanks for sharing..
So beautiful, thank you Lang! Happy New Year!
love all your videos. Thank you for making and sharing them
Great videos. Thank you
Chú chim nhỏ đẹp tuyệt ! Dễ thương quá !
Wondering what the lens is on your camera? Fantastic!
I would like to know the bird in the background! It sounds a great deal like an owl, but I doubt that it is. I hear it sometimes early a.m. here in Charlotte, NC, but I have heard that same "Hoo, Hoo, Hoo" more so while living in California. Always the same bassy notes and always peaceful and beautiful.
That's a mourning dove!
Awesome videos
Wonderful!
Nice birdy
Excellent clip!! Thanks!!
Thank you for your great Masterwork!
Love all your videos! They are absolutely amazing. As an avid although still fairly new birder myself, I know how hard it is to get good pictures or film footage of birds. And as any birder knows, some birds are shyer than others. I'm still trying to get just one good shot of an American Goldfinch lol.
May I ask what camera you use?
Fantastic video and sound. What equipment do you use?
I saw one by my feeder for some reason
Love it! awesome job!!
Very impressive video! What kind of camera and lens are you using?
wow...huge fan of urs......all your videos are so beautiful n natural...wanna ask u that, is their any mode in DSLR camera which makes background blur & just focus on object...or u have to digitally edit it ???
So good!
