Great video, I’m being transferred to Foxborough, MA for work (I currently live in a suburb that’s comparable to your town). Is there a fair amount of studio apartments or corporate apartments?
Is the area diverse? You didn’t mention this.

To grow your subscriber count you could probably add more things to the video it's rather boring. Add notification bells or something.
