Respect!!!- Die Hard Wings Fan! Really hope Bert fits in and does well with the Bruins. Crazy how much my team has changed these past years, Larkin literally lived a few miles from me growing up, we played at Lakeland Ice Arena here in Waterford (im almost 10 years older than him so never played together) but it’s nice to see a Wing get to wear that C and knowing he came from my hometown! I don’t care about playoffs right now, I was alive for the 25 year streak it started the year I was born (90) and I got to watch them win 4 Cups (yes I was 7 and 8 when they won those back to backs and i watched every single game) and then we had possibly the most stacked team in NHL history in 02’ and then won again in 08’ and almost repeated the back to backs, we took the penguins to game 7 and if you watch the last minute of game 7 that year you know how much pressure the wings put on the penguins defense and almost tied it up, but respect to them even though I still can’t stand Crosby I definitely respect him. And this rant got pointless because im out of it after a long work shift tonight but man, we had it made here in Michigan and any Wings fan in any state or country, Im just glad that I can recognize what we had, and it helped turn Hockey into a passion for me even though i started playing at 3-4 yrs old. Played for 16 years before i had to give it up and realize I was going to be too short for the new NHL. 5’8 isn’t doing much these days lol. But it’s still my passion. Love your channel homie please keep it going. I’ve thought about making a hockey breakdown type of channel before and now that I have the setup for it, I might give it a shot and I would start by taking notes from you, thats forsure.

In Germany, we call somebody like him a german oak. Takes it right to the jaw. Shrugs it off. Small moment of reconsideration, then just skates to the bench casually. Does anybody have information if he suffered any injuries?
Btw: I love this kid. We've had a couple of good defenders, remember the Seidenbergs for example, but he is by far the biggest talent we have ever had as a defender. He will give the NHL more than decade of pure defensive skill, I'll make a bet he will win a Stanley Cup one day. He will be one of the greatest, mark my words.
