I so appreciate your comment about “seasons” of life and how not all of those end up being in the van, and that doesn’t mean you “failed”. People can be so judgy on whether you’re “full-time” or not… that’s not the point at all. Freedom is what I’m after and that looks different depending on seasons. Omg I'm so sorry to hear about Brandon's father passing. I'm sure it was hard bc you cant just leave a job. Also, sorry to hear about Sarahs family member passing as well. Don't feel apologetic for not posting as much content lately. A lot is going on in your lives, and a break is indeed needed. Vanlife seems awesome, but the beauty of it is there's no rules to it. I'm sure this next chapter for you will be full of prosper & joy. ❤

I'm also sorry about Ziggy my collie missy also had lymphoma and sadly lost her. She was given steroids to shrink the tumours which worked but it made her very poorly so I stopped the treatment as quality of life is more important than treating her and her been miserable so she had a very happy few months.😊 take care look after yourself xx

I'm talking about what I went through with Cocoa the last 6 months of her life. All I will say is you never understand true love until you've known by the love of a dog. Let me know if I can be help with Ziggy or anything else you and Sarah might need. My home is always open and there is always a place to park the van. I love and miss you both. Life is an adventure with unlimited destinations. Embrace it and enjoy it.
Sarah and Brandon, I strongly recommend a book that teaches spiritual healing. "Hands of Light: A Guide to Healing Through the Human Energy Field" by Barbara Ann Brennan. This author was a physist, a cientist, and actually worked for NASA. Her methods are based on science. As you know, I'm a veterinarian, but I am also a spritualist and I believe in the power of the human soul and mind. Peace and love 🙏

It's awesome that you guys spend money to save your dog that's great. My parents euthanized our 17 year old dog just because it was old. I'm still pissed about it. Maybe try RV life? But having 3 dogs is not ideal for van life obviously. Im suprised that you even managed that.

Just bought land one about less than a half acre in nm and one 10 acres in nv I kinda plan on homesteading both right now and trying to figure out just what the exact details are I think the one in nm I will get a shed home for it may do both like that Mean time I have got an old camper Tavel tail and an old vr camper I remodeling to live in until I can afford to buy a shed home and build it
