Advocate Usman Farooq, who represented Azan's family, expressed his satisfaction with the court’s decision. He emphasized that the claim was initially filed in 2017, accusing K-Electric of failing to secure electrical wires properly, which led to the fatal accident. “K-Electric’s negligence in safeguarding wires was clear, and today’s verdict affirms our claim for compensation,” said Farooq.
