Matt don't overeat, it kills your Agni. In Ayur Veda the digestive fire is called Agni. You can compare the digestion process with a wood fire. When you put to many logs on the fire it will distinguish the fire. Same with our Agni when we overeat we might distinguish our digestive fire or weaken it. The food will not be properly digested and creates ama in the body. Our stomach should be i/3 empty after a meal ideally. Good luck with your Ocean Row...what about Lemmy he is such a sweetheart? Who takes care of him?
@@Nyle95 You are right, Matt burns a lot of calories when rowing a boat on the ocean. but I'm not talking about carbs and calories. I'm talking about overeating and the effect that has on your digestive fire. When your digestive fire is too weak due to overeating the food will not be properly digested, as a result your body will not be able to extract all the nutrients from the food. In severe cases your Agni (digestive fire) can shut down completely which will lead to nausea and you have to vomit. For example people who drink a lot of alcohol and eat a lot at the same time during a party, they sometimes have to vomit. What happened is that they distinguished their digestive fire and the food is stuck in your stomach. A natural reaction of your body is to get rid of the undigested food by vomiting. If you look at the vomit you see pieces of undigested food. Its not pretty to look at it or talk about, but this is just an example to show how overeating works on your stomach and how it weakens your digestive power.
Extreme everything, even pasta!
Can’t believe you ate it all!! bigger achievement than the rowing that 🤣
Mate, I rowed the Atlantic last year.
You’re going to have an absolute blast!
Amazing!!!
That bowl off spaghetti was huge!!

Eating that whole bowl of pasta might be one of the craziest things I've even seen you do, haha, fuck knows where you put it all
I miss pasta sauce. I used to go mad on it, but now I get bad stomach flare ups.

I'm pretty sure he needs the calories and carbs for what he's doing...

You never do anything without taking it to extreme levels fair play
That's the same portion size I make after a night on the piss, lol.
Jesus christ that pasta eating was painful
Why would you record yourself eating pasta for around ten minutes.
